Hypertension is a condition in which a person experiences an increase in
blood pressure above normal which results in an increase in morbidity and mortality.
The purpose of this study was for families to be able to carry out family nursing
implementation of warm water foot baths in patients with hypertension.
The design used is descriptive in the form of case studies, the samples taken
are 2 people with the same medical diagnosis, namely hypertension with sleep
disturbance problems in thework area of the Palembang Merdeka Public Health
Center, on March 14, 2022 - March 28, 2022
The results showed that the two clients of Mrs. R and Mrs. S can understand
the information provided and apply warm water foot soaks and health education so
that sleep disturbances decrease
The results of the study show that the family social support that is given to
families with hypertension is that the family looks enthusiastic about the education
provided.Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to have family support in
order to minimize disruption of sleep patterns in patients with hypertension
with Warm Water Foot Soak in Hypertensive Patients with Sleep Problems
in the Work Area of Merdeka Health Center Palembang in 2022. Diploma
