The risk of suicide is a psychiatric emergency which is a destructive action
that can damage self-integrity. The general objective is to describe and identify the
effect of providing nursing interventions to prevent suicide in schizophrenic
patients with suicide risk problems
The design used is descriptive in the form of a case study, the samples taken
are 3 people with the same medical diagnosis, with Suicide Risk, on March 11, 2022
- March 18, 2022.
The results showed that client 1, client 2 and client 3 could understand the
information provided and apply suicide prevention nursing care so that the client's
feelings of suicidal ideation were reduced.
