March 2022. The data of this study were taken using questionnaires, interviews,
observations and physical examinations were carried out descriptively and
presented in a narrative manner.
Results: The study found that sleep pattern disturbances were caused by
psychological changes in patients with patient data complaining of difficulty
sleeping, with poor categories of insomnia scores 13 and 12, the implementation
of sleep support in the form of autogenic relaxation helped patients reduce sleep
pattern disturbances with a response to decreasing insomnia scores to 7 and 6 and
convey a more relaxed feeling after autogenic relaxation activities.
Conclusion: The results of the study illustrate the need for sleep support
interventions in the form of autogenic relaxation to reduce disturbed sleep
