at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang in 2022. Diploma III Nursing Study Program, Nursing Department, Poltekkes Kemenken Palembang.

Background: Sectio Cesarean (SC) is delivery to give birth to a fetus, through surgery on the abdomen by slashing the uterine wall. Mothers after sectio caesarea will experience impaired physical mobility, resulting in not meeting their activity needs. Impaired physical mobility can be overcome through the implementation of mobilization support.
Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling as many as 2 respondents, namely postoperative sectio caesarea patients who underwent surgery at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, in March 2022. This research data was taken using interviews, observation and secondary data tracing, namely collecting data on the status of the patient. , progress notes, checklists and medical records. The analysis was carried out descriptively and presented in a narrative manner.
Result : Mobilization support has an effective to overcome impaired physical mobility of postoperative sectio caesarea patients.
Conclusion : The result of the study illustrate the need to implement mobilization support to overcome impaired physical mobility in postoperative sectio caesarea
patients.
