in the abdominal wall (laparotomy) and the mother’s uterus provided that the
uterus is intact and the weight of the fetus is above 500 grams. The problem that is
often felt in post sectio caesarea patientsis impaired physical mobility. Physical
mobility disorders can be overcome through the implementation of early
mobilization and the provision of health education. Early mobilization post sectio
caesarea should be carried out as soon as possible to prevent complications of
immobilization. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive method in the form of a case
study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation. This case study focuses
on the implementation of Physical Mobility Disorders through teaching early
mobilization and providing health education about early mobilization. The case
study subjects were 2 post sectio caesarea with problems with physical mobility
disorders in the Siti Walidah Midwifery Room at Muhammadiyah Palembang
Hospital and carried out starting March 8, 2022. Results: The results showed that early mobilization nursing actions had an
effective effect on overcoming physical mobility disorders. experienced by the
patient, so that the patient can carry out activities as usual and can increase the
patient's knowledge about early mobilization of post sectio caesarea. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, there is a need for early
mobilization interventions to overcome impaired physical mobility in post sectio
