Description
Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a metabolic disease that is mostly hereditary with signs of hyperglycemia and glucosaria accompanied by the presence or absence of acute or chronic clinical symptoms. The purpose of this case study is to find out the effect of the implementation of family nursing on diabetes mellitus sufferers with diabetes nutrition education at Sungai Dua public health center, Banyuasin district in 2021. This research design uses descriptive analytic method using nursing implementation approach. Samples were taken of 2 people with the same medical diagnosis, namely Diabetes Mellitus with problems Risk of instability of blood glucose levels at Sungai Dua Public Health Center, Banyuasin Regency in 2021 The results showed that Client 1 and Client 2 could understand the information provided and apply DM nutrition education. Conclusion Client 1 and client 2 understand, know and take action independently about DM Nutritional Education
