Rara. 2021.Implementation of Family Nursing in Fish Traders with the Risk of
Dermatitis Infection in the Working Area of the Merdeka Health Center in

Dermatitis is inflammation of the skin (epidermis and dermis) in response to the
influence of exogenous or endogenous factors, causing clinical abnormalities in the
form of polymorphic efflorescence (erythema, edema, papules, vesicles, squama,
lichenification) and complaints of itching. The problem is the risk of infection. and
to prevent the risk of infection, it is necessary to teach how to use PPE while
working and get support from the family.
The design of this study used a descriptive method in the form of a case study. The
cases were taken by 2 respondents, namely families with dermatitis sufferers who
experienced the risk of infection in the Working Area of the Puskesmas Merdeka
Palembang in March 2021-April 2021.
Based on the results of research by Roestijawati et al. (2017), it is stated that the
incidence of contact dermatitis in fishermen on Kodingareng Lompo Island,
Makassar City is influenced by personal protective equipment and clean and healthy
living habits.
