Background: Gastritis is an inflammation of the gastric mucosa that can be chronic, diffuse or local. The most common symptom is acute pain. To overcome acute pain, nursing implementation is carried out on these gastritis patients. Method: This type of writing is descriptive in the form of a case study. The approach used is the nursing implementation approach. This study was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given the implementation. Results: the results of the study in the two patients after the implementation of the patients condition gradually improved and there was a weight gain from before. Conclusion: Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to implement nursing assessing pain, deep breathing relaxation techniques, education about pain and collaboration in administering drugs to reduce acute pain.
