Impaired physical mobility is the limitation of an individual in carrying out activities. The general objective of this study was to obtain a description of the implementation of nursing carried out in postoperativepatients sectio caesarean with impaired physical mobility problems. This study uses a descriptive method with a nursing care approach that includes assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The research subjects were 2 postoperativepatients sectio caesarean with problems with physical mobility problems in the midwifery room of Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang, on March 31, 2021 - April 4, 2021.
The results showed that early mobilization nursing actions can overcome physical mobility problems experienced by patients, so that patients can do activities as usual and can increase patient knowledge about early mobilization of post sectio caesarea. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to increase the provision of nursing care, especially in postoperativepatients sectio caesarean who focus on problems with physical mobility disorders.
