Description
Background: Cancer is a large group of diseases characterized by abnormal cell
growth outside normal limits which can then attack any part of the body or spread to
other organs. Methods: This type of writing is descriptive in the form of case studies,
the approach used is a nursing implementation approach which includes assessment,
nursing diagnosis, nursing planning, implementation and evaluation. This study was
conducted to compare two respondents who were about to perform a mastectomy
who had been given implementation. Results: The results showed that after the
implementation of patient 1 and patient 2 for three days for anxiety problems, the
anxiety experienced by both patients was resolved. Conclusion: Seeing the results of
this study, it is hoped that with the description of this study, other researchers can
implement nursing implementation in preoperative patients with anxiety problems
without ruling out other problems in order to improve the quality of patient-focused
nursing care.
