Background Background diebetes mellitus is a disease that is caused due to disorders of metabolism that occurs in the organ pan k reas which is characterized by an increase in sugar blood or often called the condition of hyperglycemia which is caused due to decrease in the amount of insulin from the pancreas . Based on the profile of the Makrayu Health Center , the number of cases of the disease diabetes mellitus experienced an increase throughout the year 2020 in the month of October 93 inhabitants , the month of November 88 souls , and in December 104 inhabitants .
Methods Research Study of cases with a focus implementation of the nursing family . Subject study of cases that are used are two families who suffer from Diabetes Mellitus with the problem of instability in blood sugar , the collection of data by way of interview , observation , examination of physical , action and skalapenilaian .
Results of research before do action gymnastic diabetes when blood sugar in Ny . S is and Tn.R is , after done action gymnastic diabetes when blood sugar dropped to Ny.S and Tn.R , family Ny . S and Tn.R understand about the disease Diabetes Mellitus and how to treat and prevent complications.
Conclusion Diabetic exercise can reduce blood sugar levels in Diabetes Mellitus patients . and families receive the health education that has been provided .
