IMPLEMENTASI KEPERAWATAN DENGAN MASALAH NYERI AKUT PADA PASIEN POST OPERASI HEMOROID DI RUMAH SAKIT DR.AK GANI PALEMBANG TAHUN 2021

Hemorrhoids are the widening of the hemorrhoidal veins with protrusion of the
mucous membrane that lines the anus and rectum. Samples were taken of 2
respondents, namely with acute pain problems in postoperative hemorrhoidal
patients at the dr.AK Gani Hospital, Palembang. This research was conducted
from 19 May 2021 to 22 May 2021. The data of this study were taken with
medical surgical nursing care which included assessment, data analysis, nursing
diagnosis, nursing planning, nursing implementation, evaluation and
documentation. After implementing nursing with acute pain problems in
postoperative hemorrhoid patients, it was found that the implementation made
significant changes in both patients and acute pain was resolved. Seeing the
results of this study with the description of the study, it is hoped that nurses can
carry out nursing implementation with acute pain problems in postoperative
hemorrhoid patients without ruling out other problems.
