Background: Childbirth is the process of fetal discharge that occurs in a fairly monthly pregnancy (37-42 weeks), without complications in both the mother and the fetus. While Sectio caesaria is an act to give birth to a baby through abdominal and uterine wall surgery (Nugroho, 2011)
Method: This type of research is descriptive in the form of case studies by conducting nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation by focusing implementation on preoperative mothers SC with anxiety problems. Subjek case study research studied as many as 2 patients with the same cases and nursing problems, namely preoperative patients sc with anxiety problems in Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital.
Results: Based on research conducted by experts on the administration of Murottal Therapy in patients pre-operative SC with anxiety problems obtained results Influence Of Murottal Therapy can lower anxiety in patients pre sc surgery.
Conclusion: It is expected to apply the implementation of murottal therapy in preoperative SC patients with anxiety problems and can be developed again and become learning for further research.
