Description
Stroke is a sudden injury that occurs in the blood vessels of the brain caused by a
blockage of blood clots, narrowing of blood vessels, or rupture of blood vessels
which leads to a lack of adequate blood supply. The design of this study uses
Descriptive methods in the form of case studies. The sample was taken by 2
respondents, namely families with Stroke patients with problems with physical
mobility barriers at Puskesmas 23 Illir Palembang in April 2021. The data of this
study using case study method on Mr.Y and Mrs. H families for 2 weeks ,where 1
respondent family 1 week. The results were obtained to address the problem of
muscle strength in stroke patients and there is no gap between theory and
implementation carried out in the field where the research practice is conducted. Looking at the results of the study is expected that stroke sufferers with muscle
strength problems can support their health to be better.
