Hypertension Knowledge Deficit Nursing Implementation

Background : Hypertension is an increase in blood pressure above normal caused by trigger factors, without any special symptoms, but if left untreated it can cause various complications. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of the implementation of nursing in hypertensive patients with problems With the Problem of Knowledge Deficit at Bhayangkara Hospital, Palembang. Method : This type of research is descriptive. In this case study, there are two types of data analysis used, namely subjective data and objective data. The research subjects studied were two cases with nursing problems in hypertensive patients with knowledge deficit problems. This research was conducted in the Zaal Umum room at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Result : The results of research on Mr. M and Mr. L is known that the implementation carried out from the first day to the second day shows a change from the existence of cooperative development and seems to understand and listen to the information provided. Conclusions : The conclusions obtained were that there was a significant relationship between the incidence of Knowledge Deficit and nursing implementation. Describe the disease process, in an appropriate way.
