Description
Musculoskeletal disorders are a combination of several different conditions,
chronic musculoskeletal conditions that make the current burden of
musculoskeletal disease far exceed the capacity of health services in most
countries. Low back pain or low back pain is a musculoskeletal disorder caused
by several risk factors. Risk factors for low back pain include: age, body mass
index, years of service, work chair, sitting position and exercise habits. The
purpose of this case study is to be able to implement muscle stretching exercises
and provide health education to families regarding Lower Back Pain. The design
of this case study is descriptive in the form of a case study to explore nursing
problems in families. Muscle stretching exercises for clients with muscolusceletal
complaints due to weaving in the work area of the Rantau Panjang Community
Health Center. The approach used is the nursing care approach which includes
assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing interventions, nursing implementation,
nursing evaluation and documentation. The results showed that the family social
support that many families give to Low Back Pain sufferers is that the family
looks very enthusiastic about the education provided. Seeing the results of this
study, it is necessary to have family social support in order to minimize the
frequency of recurrences experienced by back pain sufferers.
