Bronchial asthma, ineffective breathing patterns

Bronchial asthma is a disorder in the form of chronic inflammation (inflammation) of the airways that causes bronchial hyperactivity, causing recurrent episodic symptoms of wheezing, shortness of breath, heaviness in the chest, and coughing especially, at night or early morning. The general objective is to be able to implement Family Nursing Implementation for Bronchial Asthma Clients with Ineffective Breathing Problems in the Work Area of the Social Puskesmas in 2021.
The design used is descriptive in the form of case studies, Samples taken were 2 people with the same medical diagnosis, namely bronchial asthma with ineffective breathing pattern problems in the working area of the Palembang Social Puskesmas, on April 05, 2021 - April 09, 2021.
The results showed that patient 1 and patient 2 could understand the information provided and apply the semi-fowler position, warm drinking water, simple inhalation of eucalyptus oil and health education so that the breathing pattern was less effective.
The results showed that the family social support that many families give to people with bronchial asthma is that the family looks very enthusiastic about the education given. Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to have family social support in order to minimize the frequency of recurrences experienced by Bronchial Asthma sufferers.
