Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) is a set of behaviors that are practiced on the basis of awareness as a result of learning, which makes a person, family, group or community able to help themselves independently in the health sector and play an active role in realizing public health. PHBS in the setting of educational institutions is an effort to empower and increase the ability to behave in a clean and healthy life in the setting of educational institutions. The general goal is to be able to carry out the Nursing Implementation of Promoting Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in SDN 10 Banyuasin I Red Mata Village Students in 2021. The research design uses a descriptive method. The research subjects were 2 families of 4th and 5th grade students who had the same case, namely Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) with Knowledge Deficit problems. This research was conducted at the research respondents' homes and was carried out on April 5, 2021 - April 09, 2021. The implementation of Nursing carried out on the problem of Knowledge Deficit regarding Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) is by providing health education: Promotion of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior (PHBS) ). The results obtained after implementing nursing in 2 families of fourth and fifth grade students at SDN 10 Banyuasin I, the problem of knowledge deficits can be overcome by providing health education. From the results of this study, it is hoped that it can add insight for research respondents and so that it can be applied in everyday life.
