Background: Appendicitis is an inflammation of the appendix (worm tubers). One of the management of appendicitis is appendectomy surgery. Complaints that often arise after surgery are acute pain. To overcome acute pain, nursing implementation is carried out on these post appendicitis surgery patients. Method: This research design uses descriptive method in the form of case studies. The approach used is the nursing implementation approach. This research was conducted to compare two respondents who had been given the implementation. Results: The results showed that after nursing implementation was carried out, it was found that the patient's pain was reduced, marked by a decrease in the pain scale, in patient 1 the pain scale decreased from 5 to 2 and in patient 2 the pain scale decreased from 6 to 2. Conclusion: Seeing the results of this study, it is necessary to implement nursing assessing pain, deep breath relaxation techniques, semi-fowler position and collaborative drug administration to reduce acute pain felt by patients.
