Pulmonary Tuberculosis is an infectious disease, which mainly affects the lung
prenchyma and can also be transmitted to other body parts, including meninges,
kidneys, bones, and lymph nodes. Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a bacterium
Mycobacterium Tuberculosis causing problems of shortness of breath, cough with
phlegm implementation of nursing done to overcome the problem of oxygenation
disturbance that is to deep breathing and cough exercises effectively, and regulate
the position of the patient. This research design uses analytical descriptive method
in the form of case study by doing nursing care including assessment, diagnosis,
intervention, implementation and evaluation by focusing implementation on
application of oxygenation disorder problem. The subject of the case study
investigated as many as 2 patients with the same nursing problem that is
