Febrile convulsion is seizures that effected by temperature rise above 38,0°C because of extracranium precess. Febrile convulsion usually occurs in children aged 3 months -5 years. The cause until now not known for sure but can be triggered by a fever at the time the body is infection causing hiperthermic problems. The implementation of nursing that can be done on hyperthermic problem is to do a warm compress, collaborative action with physician in drug administration and health education in the patient’s parents.research design using descriptive method. The subjects of the research amounted to 2 pediatric patients who experienced febrile convulsion with hyperthermic problems. The research is located at rasyid thalib room , Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang and has been implemented on 26 June 2018. Research data was taken using the format of assessment and physical examination. After tabulated the existing data were analyzed narrative with nursing care format. Research result obtained after applied nursing implementation on An,A and A.n R then the perceived hyperthermic problem is reduce. From the result of research is expected to increase insight for parents of patients.
