Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran Karies ditinjau dari Asupan Fluor pada Anak SD Negeri 03 Sirah Pulau Padang Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2018, dengan desain penelitian deskriptif, penelitian ini menggunakan analisa data univariate. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 86 anak, data di dapat dengan cara observasi menggunakan basic instrument. Hasil penelitian ini di dapat skor DMF-T 1,1 dan def-t 3,1 dan criteria asupan fluor dengan kriteria Tinggi 9 Siswa (10,4%), Rendah 74 Siswa (86,0%), Sangat Rendah 3 Siswa (3,4%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah di kategorikan kurang baik, hal ini disebabkan karena anak-anak dan orang tua pada umumnya belum mempunyai kesadaran yang cukup tinggi dalam kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya, dan masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan asuhan kesehatan gigi dan mulut dan sikat gigi masal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Asupan Karbohidrat, Serat dan Kadar Gula Darah Penderita Diabetes Mellitus Tipe II di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sosial. Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan penelitian survey dengan rancangan studi kasus. Sampel berjumlah 37 responden dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan aksidental sampling. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu ditemukannya karakteristik responden usia sebagian besar responden termasuk pada kategori usia lansia akhir sebanyak 89,2%, berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 59,2% dan berpendidikan rendah sebanyak 54,1%. Analisis Univariat kadar gula darah hiperglikemia sebanyak 100%, asupan karbohidrat lebih sebanyak 70,3% dan asupan serat kurang sebanyak 67,6%. One way that can overcome high blood pressure is non-pharmacological therapy such as giving a combination of Benson relaxation techniques and celery boiled water. This study was conducted to determine the effect of the combination of Benson relaxation techniques and giving celery boiled water on the blood pressure of hypertension sufferers in the Working Area of the Makrayu Health Center Palembang. This study uses the True Experiment method with pretest posttest design with control group design. The sampling technique used is Simple Random Sampling, the number of respondents is 30 people. Data was collected by measuring blood pressure before and after giving a combination of Benson relaxation techniques and celery boiled water. The analysis used is Univariate and Bivariate analysis with Mann-Withney test. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of the combination of Benson's relaxation technique and the provision of celery boiled water on diastolic blood pressure (p value 0.025) and no effect on systolic blood pressure (p value 0.178). From the results of this study, the combination of Benson's relaxation technique and celery boiled water was effective in reducing diastolic blood pressure in hypertensive patients in the Work Area of the Merdeka Health Center in Palembang. It is expected that patients with hypertension apply a combination of Benson relaxation techniques and celery boiled water as an alternative to lower blood pressure.
