Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan pasien hipertensi tentang penggunaan obat hipertensi di Puskesmas Kota Agung Kabupaten Lahat. Metode: Metode yang digunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional yang dilakukan pada bulai Mei-Juni 2020 di Puskesmas Kota Agung. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 65 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan harus memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi yang sudah dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasil: Pasien yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik sebesar 12 responden (18,46%). Pasien yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan cukup 47 responden (72,31%) dan ada 6 responden (9,23%) yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang kurang. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar pasien di Puskesmas Kota Agung Kabupaten Lahat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup tentang pengobatan pada penyakit hipertensi yang diderita pasien tersebut. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji organoleptik (warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur) menunjukkan bahwa daya terima nugget panggang dengan subtitusi jamur tiram, wortel dan tepung jagung yang paling disukai adalah F1 dengan energi 159,54 kkal, protein 5,25%, lemak 2,22%, karbohidrat 29,64%, dan serat pangan 11,59% dalam 100 gram. Uji friedman terdapat hubungan antara warna, aroma, rasa, dan tekstur. Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian nugget panggang dengan subtitusi jamur tiram, wortel dan tepung jagung ini bisa digunakan sebagai alternatif snack sumber serat. Sweet Potato (Ipomea Batatas L.) is a type of tubers of energy sources for the body, and while soybean tempeh is a source of protein that is easily digestible by the body. Methods: Quasi experimental research aims to determine effect of PMT yellow sweet potato and soybean tempeh biscuits on children’s weight change at elementary school number 7 Tanjung Raja. This research conducted for 30 days. Research sample are 70 wasting students. The data was collected using microtoice, digital scales, and recall form 1x24 hours. This data was analyzed using univariat and bivariate analysis. Results: The results refered that the majority of respondents were famale (58%), in age range 7-12 years. From the statistical test result, the avarange of weight treatment group was 23,60 kg to 23,98 kg with p value = 0,00, while the comparison group was 23,73 kg to 23,88 with p value = 0,000. The deviation weigh change in treatment group was 0,38 kg, while the comparison group was 0,14 kg. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang toilet training pada anak usia toddler setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan pendidikan kesehatan melalui metode video. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Taba untuk sering melakukan penyuluhan kepada keluarga yang mempunyai anak usia toddler tentang manfaat dari toilet training. ABSTRACT One of the tasks of toddler development is toilet training, where control of the anal sphincter and uritra is achieved at around 18-24 months of age. Through the toilet training the child will learn how to recognize the urgency of removing and holding elimination, as well as being able to communicate that sensation to parents. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care with health education interventions in families with children told about toilet training with video methods in the work area of Taba Health Center in Lubuklinggau City in 2018. This research method used a case study design using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis , intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management carried out to 2 subjects to improve family knowledge about toilet training for toddlers who were conducted was to provide health education about toilet training with video methods. The results showed that there was an increase in maternal knowledge about toilet training in toddler age children after intervention with health education through video methods. (yulianto,2011) Stroke merupakan masalah neurologik primer di AS dalam tahun 2010 stroke menduduki peringkat ketiga penyebab kematian setelah kanker dan jantung. Sebanyak 5,7 juta jiwa di dunia sudah terjangkit stroke pada tahun 2015. Terdapat kira-kira 2 juta orang bertahan hidup dari stroke yang mempunyai beberapa kecacatan dari angka ini 40% memerlukan bantuan dalam aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Pada kasus yang tidak meninggal dapat terjadi beberapa kemungkinan seperti stroke berulang (recurrent stroke), dementia, dan depresi. Tujuan dari laporan tugas akhir ini adalah memberikan Asuhan Keperawatan Keluarga dengan salah satu anggota keluarga menderita stroke dengan Penerapan ROM Aktif dan Pasif di Tanjung Agung Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Agung. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah format pengkajian keperawatan keluarga yang sudah ditetapkan dengan teknik pengumpulan data, observasi dan wawancara. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul pada keluarga Ny. R dan Ny. S terdapat masalah utama yaitu ketidakmampuan mengenal masalah kesehatan keluarga, ketidakmampuan merawat anggota keluarga yang sakit, dan ketidakmampuan menggunakan sumber di masyarakat untuk memelihara kesehatan. Mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung jenis karbohidrat kompeks (mineral (fosfor) dan kalsium) sangat berpengaruh pada proses remineralisasi. Salah satu jenis makanan yang mengandung mineral (fosfor) dan kalsium ialah biskuit ubi ungu. Ada 2 jenis biskuit yang digunakan yaitu biskuit berbahan dasar ubi ungu dan biskuit berbahan dasar gandum. Biskuit berbahan dasar gandum dijadikan sebagai bahan perbandingan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini diketahui rata-rata pH saliva, waktu (per menit) yang di butuhkan untuk remineralisasi atau mengembalikan pH normal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak anak usia 10-12 tahun di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 35 Palembang. Sampel yang dibutuhkan sebanyak 20 respondent yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, kelompok 1 mengkonsumsi biskuit ubi ungu kelompok 2 mengkonsumsi biskuit gandum. Desain penelitian studi kuasi eksperimental. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui Jumlah rata-rata pH saliva setelah konsumsi biskuit ubi ungu yaitu 8.58 dan rata-rata pH saliva setelah konsumsi biskuit gandum yaitu 6.45. Proses pengembalian pH normal saliva pada saat setelah mengkonsumsi biskuit ubi ungu adalah pada menit ke 30 yaitu dengan rata-rata pH saliva 7.39, sedangkan proses pengembalian pH normal saliva pada saat setelah mengkonsumsi biskuit gandum adalah pada menit ke 40 yaitu dengan rata-rata pH saliva 7.18. Dapat di simpulkan bahwa, biskuit ubi ungu memiliki keunggulan yaitu dapat memperlambat proses demineralisasi setelah konsumsi karbohidrat dan mengalami proses remineralisasi di menit ke 30 setelah konsumsi biskuit ubi ungu.
