The Sample were Patients who took medical treatment during March-May 2015. We Found 3,853 Pieces of recipes in PHC and 1.136 times of patient consultation at expenditure for PHC and Primary care doctor for each was Rp.48 and Rp.1.10%.and the highest was 4.68% .In Primary care doctor, the lowest range was 0.5 % and the highest was 1,86 % the payment of drugs expenditure at the primary level of services compared to the total funds of capitation that has received by the provider is very small.
