Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran Kepuasan Pasien Rawat Inap Terhadap Kualitas Makanan Biasa Pada Menu Makan Siang dan Pelayanan Petugas Penyaji di RS Bhayangkara Palembang. Penelitian ini dilakukan mulai tanggal 26 Februari sampai 11 Maret 2023, jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif dengan desain ranncangan Cross Sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan hasil data univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian deskriptif dengan gambaran kepuasan pasien terhadap kualitas makanan biasa dan pelayanan petugas penyaji tidak puas sebanyak 34 orang (77,3%), hal ini membuktikan bahwa penyajian makanan dan pelayanan makanan di RS Bhayangkara belum baik. Diharapkan pihak instalasi gizi dapat memberikan berbagai variasi dan suhu makanan, agar tingkat kepuasan dapat memenuhi asupan gizi dan memenuhi lama hari rawat. Gejala yang umum terjadi adalah nyeri kepala. Untuk mengatasi nyeri kepala maka dilakukan implementasi keperawatan pada pasien hipertensi tersebut. Metode : Jenis penulisan ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus Pendekatan yang digunakan ialah pendekatan implementasi keperawatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan dua responden yang telah diberikan implementasi. Hasil : hasil penelitian pada kedua pasien setelah dilakukan implementasi mengkaji nyeri didapatkan skala nyeri pada pasien 1 adalah 6 dan pasien 2 adalah 5, Setelah dilakukan kompres hangat terjadi perubahan skala nyeri menjadi ringan. Pada edukasi tentang nyeri, setelah diberikan edukasi kedua pasien mulai mengetahui tentang nyeri yang dideritanya.
