SEBAGAI TABIR SURYA DALAM SEDIAAN SPRAY GEL DENGAN VARIASI CARBOPOL 940 DAN HPMC SEBAGAI GELLING AGENT Description An account of the resource ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Spray gel merupakan sediaan semi padat terbuat dari molekul organik yang besar atau partikel anorganik yang kecil dan terpenetrasi oleh cairan dengan menerapkan teknik penyemprotan dari tetesan cairan berukuran kecil atau besar dan ditetapkan melalui media aerosol atau pompa semprot. Spray gel memiliki keunggulan cepat kering, mudah digunakan, aman, dan praktis. Penggunaan carbopol sebagai gelling agent dapat menghasilkan gel yang jernih, lalu HPMC dapat menghasilkan gel yang netral dan stabil dalam jangka waktu lama sehingga kombinasi keduanya sebagai basis akan menghasilkan gel yang lebih baik secara fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi Carbopol dan HPMC yang tepat sehingga menghasilkan sediaan yang stabil secara fisik dan memenuhi persyaratan. Spray gel dibuat menggunakan zat aktif bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) dengan kandungan senyawa aktif flavonoid khususnya antosianin yang merupakan agen fotoprotektif sebagai tabir surya. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental, dimana ekstrak etanol bunga telang (Clitoria ternatea L.) diformulasikan menjadi sediaan Spray gel dengan variasi konsentrasi Carbopol dan HPMC. Konsentrasi zat aktif yakni 5% dan variasi konsentrasi Carbopol dan HPMC yang digunakan adalah 0,5%:0,5%, 1%:0,5%, dan 0,5%:1%. Kemudian dilakukan evaluasi sediaan pada suhu kamar dan uji dipercepat (cycling test) meliputi pH, homogenitas, daya sebar, kondisi semprotan, viskositas, perubahan warna, bau, iritasi kulit, dan nilai SPF. Hasil: Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sediaan Spray gel memiliki pH yang cenderung meningkat, memiliki homogenitas yang baik, viskositas yang memenuhi syarat, memiliki daya sebar yang meningkat namun masih memenuhi syarat dan kondisi semprotan yang baik. Semua sediaan Spray gel tidak mengalami perubahan bau, warna, dan tidak terjadi iritasi kulit saat pengujian selama penyimpanan suhu kamar dan cycling test. Serta memiliki nilai SPF yang tergolong ekstra. Kesimpulan:Ekstrak etanol bungatelang(Clitoria ternatea L.)dapat diformulasikan menjadi sediaan spray gel yang stabil dan memenuhi syarat. Formula yang paling optimal adalah formula II dengan variasi konsentrasi Carbopol dan HPMC 1% dan 0,5%. Description An account of the resource Abstract-- Development is the increase in the ability and structure/ function of the body. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in the level of development of children who were educated at the Indonesian natural school in Palembang and at the school of the 01 TK Pembina. This research was conducted by using quantitative research methods by using a comparative study research design that is a study that compares existing phenomena to look for factors that cause a particular process to arise. The sampling method in this study used total was 30 samples consisting of 15 natural school samples and 15 conventional school samples. The analysis used is a test Two Independent Sample Test with test type Mann Whitney U test. The results of this study indicate that there are no significant differences in the level of development of children in natural schools and conventional schools indicated by the value of p Value (0.148)> α (0.05) so that there is no significant difference in the level of child development in Indonesian Natural School Palembang with Children in School TK Negeri 01 Pembina Palembang in 2019. For further research it is recommended to choose other conventional schools that have different criteria from conventional schools that have been conducted so that the results obtained will be more maximal.
