Results : Implementation of nursing given in the form of deep breathing relaxation technique therapy to reduce pain in postoperative lower limb open fracture patients, in patient I before breathing relaxation techniques were carried out on a pain scale of 6, down to 4 on the second day and dropped to 2 on the third day, the second patient initially had a pain scale of 4, dropping to 3 on the second day and dropping to 2 on the third day. Pelayanan gizi rawat inap yang paling umum yaitu penyelenggaraan makanan bagi pasien yang dirawat. Kepuasan pasien dalam penampilan dan rasa makanan, terutama penyajian makanan sangat berkaitan dengan sisa makanan pasien, dimana penyajian makanan yang kurang tepat dapat berdampak pada banyaknya sisa makanan pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kepuasan pasien terhadap penyajian lauk hewani dan nabati di RSUD Palembang BARI. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif dengan rancangan Cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 35 sampel yang diambil menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data sisa makanan dan kuesioner mengenai cita rasa, penampilan, ketepatan waktu, variasi menu di RSUD Palembang BARI. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pasien terhadap penyajian lauk hewani dan nabati 85,7% menyatakan puas, rasa lauk hewani 77,1% enak, rasa lauk nabati 85,7% enak, aroma lauk hewani 80% harum, aroma lauk nabati 88,6% harum, bumbu lauk hewani 77,1% sedap, lauk nabati 82,9% sedap, warna lauk hewani 74,3% menarik, lauk nabati 77,1% menarik, tekstur lauk hewani dan nabati 94,3% empuk, besar porsi lauk hewani 100% sesuai, lauk nabati 85,7% sesuai, ketepatan waktu distribusi 100% tepat waktu, variasi menu 100% bervariasi dan sisa lauk hewani 25,7%, sisa lauk nabati 20%.
