Subjek dalam studi kasus ini adalah dua orang pasien dengan diagnosa medis asma bronchiale yang diberi posisi semi fowler di Puskesmas Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas Tahun 2018. Analisis sesak nafas dilakukan secara deskriptif dan diukur berdasarkan pernyataan pasien tentang sesak yang dirasakan. Hasil studi kasus ini ada penurunan sesak nafas yang signifikan. Sebelum dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan pemberian posisi semi fowler sesak nafas yang dialami oleh kedua subjek cukup tinggi yaitu subjek I dengan RR 35 x/menit dan subjek II dengan RR 40 x / menit yang disertai dengan sesak nafas, gelisah dan bibir tampak pucat dan setelah 3 hari intervensi diberikan secara berturut - turut, maka sesak nafas pada kedua subjek turun dibuktikan dengan RR 24 x/ menit, tidak gelisah dan bibir tidak pucat. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan yang berada di Puskesmas Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas dapat memberikan intervensi pengaturan posisi semi fowler pada pasien asma karena telah terbukti dapat mengurangi sesak pada pasien. Kata Kunci : Asma Bronvhiale, Sesak nafas, Semi fowler Bronchial asthma is a clinical condition that shows increased tracheal and bronchial responses that cause airway constriction resulting from bronchospasm, mucosal edema, and severe mucus hypersecretion (Marni, 2014). The purpose of this case study is to analyze the nursing interventions that have been done, namely the arrangement of semi-fowler position on the decrease of breathlessness in bronchial asthma at Muara Kelingi Community Health Center, Musi Rawas Regency Tahun2018. The type of case study is descriptive using case study approach. Subjects in this case study were two patients with a medical diagnosis of bronchial asthma who were given a semi fowler position at the Muara Kelingi Community Health Center in Musi Rawas Regency in 2018. The shortness of breath analysis was conducted descriptively and measured based on the patient's statement of the felt tightness. The results of this case study show a significant decrease in breathlessness. Prior to nursing intervention by giving semi-fowler position breathlessness experienced by both subjects high enough that the subject I with RR 35 x / min and subject II with RR 40 x / min accompanied by shortness of breath, restless and lips look pale and after 3 day intervention was given successively, then shortness of breath on both subjects decreased as evidenced by RR 24 x / min, not restless and lips not pale. It is expected that health workers at the Muara Kelingi Community Health Center of Musi Rawas Regency can provide intervention of semi-fowler position arrangement in asthma patients because it has been proven to reduce shortness in patients. Masih banyak ditemukan kasus Thypus Abdominalis karena kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya kebersihan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan dalam pemberian kompres hangat untuk menurunkan hipertermia pada pasien Thypus Abdominalis. Metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan utama dari hipertermi yang dilakukan adalah kompres hangat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya penurunan suhu tubuh dari subyek I awal suhu tubuhnya 38,6 ͦ C turun menjadi 37,2 ͦ C, begitu juga subyek II awal suhu tubuhnya 38,2 ͦ C turun menjadi 36,9 ͦ C setelah dilakukan tindakan pemberian kompres hangat dalam 10 menit selama 3 hari berturut-turut terjadi penurunan suhu tubuh setelah dilakukan kompres hangat pada dahi, ketiak dan leher. Abdominal thypus is a bacterial infection of the small intestine and sometimes in the bloodstream caused by Salmonella typhosa or Salmonella paratyphi bacteria. There are still many cases of Abdominal Thypus due to lack of public awareness of the importance of cleanliness. The aim of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care in the administration of warm compresses to reduce hyperthermia in Abdominal Thypus patients. The research method uses case studies using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. The main management of hyperthermies done is warm compresses. The results showed that a decrease in body temperature from the initial subject I body temperature 38.6 ͦ C dropped to 37.2 ͦ C, as well as the initial subject II body temperature 38.2 ͦ C dropped to 36.9 ͦ C after giving the action warm compresses in 10 minutes for 3 consecutive days there is a decrease in body temperature after a warm compress on the forehead, armpits and neck. Rheumatoid arthritis occurs due to an autoimmune reaction that can damage the synovial tissue so that pannus forms, then destroys the joints, resulting in erosion of the bones, which can cause pain. In reducing pain in rheumatoid arthtritis this can be done non-pharmacological therapy that was warm feet soak water. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care in the application of hydrotherapy (soaked feet of warm water) in patients with rheumatoid arthtritis in the elderly. This research method uses descriptive with a case study approach. The subjects of this study were 2 elderly people with a medical diagnosis of early stage arthtritis reumatioid. The management that will be carried out to reduce pain in rheumatoid arthtritis was a nonpharmacological intervention that was the foot soak of warm water carried out in the morning. For the evaluation results obtained from the management of a decrease in pain scale after intervention of warm water foot soak in patients with rheumatoid arthtritis in the elderly with pain in the legs and there are differences in the results of pain scale because there are several factors that influence pain, one of which is age. Penatalaksanaan hipertensi yang dilakukan adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan latihan isometrik. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah lakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan tekanan darah setelah dilakukan intervensi penerapan latihan isometrik pada penderita hipertensi. The purpose of this research was to obtain a description of the application of isometric exercise in the reduction of blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Padapasien STEMI, terjadi penurunan aliran darah koroner secara mendadak akibat oklusi trombus pada plak aterosklerotik yang sudah ada sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada psien STEMI dengan pemeberian terapi oksigen Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) mengatasi gangguan pola nafas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawataan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan yang dilakukan kepada 2 orang subjek untuk menggatasi gangguan pola nafas yang dilakukan adalah pemberian terapi oksigen menggunakan Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM). Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan kaji tanda-tanda vital, kaji tingkat kesadaran/ perubahan mental, observasi adanya sianosis, berikan NRM sesuai indikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya penurunan sesak nafas setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan pemberian terapi oksigen menggunakan Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) pada pasien STEMI di RS Dr. Sobirin Kabupaten Musi Rawas tahun 2018. Diharapkan pada perawat diruang IGD RS Dr. Sobirin Kabupaten Musi Rawas tahun 2018 untuk dapat melaksanakan intervensi keperawatan pemberian terapi oksigen menggunakan Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) pada pasien STEMI Kata Kunci : Gangguan pola nafas, Non Rebreathing Mask, STEMI ST elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) is one of the heaviest spectrums of acute coronary syndrome (ACS). In STEMI patients, there is a sudden decrease in coronary blood flow due to thrombus occlusion in pre-existing atherosclerotic plaques.The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care in STEMI patients with the administration of Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) oxygen therapy to overcome breathing patterns.This research method using case study design using approach of keperawataan care that is assessment, nursing diagnoses, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management carried out to 2 subjects to overcome the breathing pattern disturbance that was carried out was the administration of oxygen therapy using Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM). Supportive interventions performed to assess vital signs, assess level of consciousness / mental changes, observation of cyanosis, give NRM as indicated. The results showed that there was a decrease in shortness of breath after nursing intervention with oxygen therapy using Non Rebreathing Mask (NRM) in STEMI patients at Dr. Sobirin Musi Rawas Regency in 2018. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah kompres hangat selama 20 menit. Hasil penelitian berkurangnya skala nyeri haid pada remaja di wilayah kerja puskesmas taba kota lubuklinggau tahun 2018. Subyek l sebelum dilakukan kompres hangat skala nyeri 8 nyeri berat terkontrol, subyek ll sebelum dilakukan kompres hangat skala nyeri 7 nyeri berat terkontrol, dilakukan kompres hangat selama 5 hari pada subyek l dan ll skala nyeri menjadi l menunjukkan penurunan yang sama, dari skala berat terkontrol menjadi skala ringan. A warm compress technique is one effective way to relax the abdominal muscles during menstrual pain. The purpose of this study was to analyze the decrease in menstrual pain scale after the warm compress treatment on adolescents in the working area of Taba City Public Health Center, Lubuklinggau in 2018. The study used the application of nursing care, client assessment who did not consume pain medication, nursing diagnoses of acute pain and lack of knowledge, the intervention of warm compress technique, implementation of warm compress technique, evaluation of pain scale that was decreased to l. The intervention was the application of a warm compress for 20 minutes. The results show that the scale of the menstrual pain of the study subjects was reduced. Initially, Subject I had an 8 on the pain scale (severe but controlled) while Subject II had a 7 on the pain scale (severe but controlled). After the warm compress treatment for five days, the pain levels on both subjects were decreased to l (mild). Therefore, it can be suggested to the health service institutions to recognize and implement various therapies that are consistent and in accordance with existing theories so that the patients can receive comprehensive services including biology, psychology, social, and spiritual aspects. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan pengurangan sesak yang dilakukan kepada 2 orang subjek adalah intervensi kolaborasi dengan dokter adalah pemberian inhalasi uap. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah kaji frekuensi atau kedalaman pernafasan dan gerakan dada, auskultasi area paru, catat area penurunan atau tak ada aliran udara dan bunyi nafas vesikuler, bantu pasien latihan nafas dalam, berikan air hangat dari pada dingin, lakukan penghisapan sesuai indikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penurunan sesak nafas baik pada subjek I maupun pada subjek II setelah dilakukan pemberian inhalasi uap ditandai dengan penurunan sesak nafas, nadi normal, dan sputum dapat keluar. Kepada perawat diruang Al-Atfal untuk dapat melakukan intervensi pemberian inhalasi uap pada pasien anak untuk mengurangi sesak.
