LES dapat menyerang satu atau lebih organ, salah satu organ yang banyak diserang adalah ginjal yang dapat menyebabkan komplikasi LES yakni Lupus Nefritis yang memiliki gejala proteinuria. Proteinuria adalah keadaan abnormal dimana jumlah protein dalam urin lebih dari 300 mg dalam urin 24 jam dan 30 mg/dL dalam urin sewaktu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran proteinuria pada penderita Lupus Eritematosus Sistemik (LES) di Palembang tahun 2020, berdasarkan umur, jenis kelamin dan lama sakit. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel pemeriksaan yang digunakan adalah urin sewaktu. Populasi penelitian adalah penderita LES yang ada di komunitas PLSS di Palembang. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 29 orang pasien LES di Komunitas PLSS Palembang yang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pemeriksaan urin menggunakan metode carik celup (dipstick). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebanyak 6 orang (20.7%) positif proteinuria dan 23 orang (79.3%) negatif proteinuria. Dari 6 orang dengan proteinuria positif, berdasarkan umur ada 6 orang (25.0%) dengan umur berisiko (<50 tahun) dan 0 orang (0.0%) dengan umur tidak berisiko (>50 tahun); berdasarkan jenis kelamin ada 1 orang (50.0%) berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan 5 orang (18.5%) berjenis kelamin perempuan; berdasarkan lama sakit, terdapat 4 orang (57.1%) menderita LES <5 tahun,2 orang (9.1%) menderita LES >5 tahun. Dengan demikian disarankan bagi pasien LES untuk menambahkan pemeriksan fungsi ginjal atau urinalisa pada saat melakukan kontrol rutin. Survei perilaku konsumen yang dilakukan di Indonesia menyatakan 61,3% responden memiliki kebiasaan meminum obat tradisional Kecenderungan masyarakat untuk kembali ke alam dengan memanfaatkan berbagai tanaman obat atau yang dikenal dengan back to nature dikarenakan obat sintesis dirasakan terlalu mahal dan efek samping yang cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan penggunaan obat tradisional pada masyarakat di wilayah kerja puskesmas sei selincah. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah Accidental sampling yaitu sampling kebetulan. Populasinya adalah semua Masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sei Selincah berusia 35-65 tahun dengan sampel minimal yaitu sebesar 50 sampel. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Sei Selincah pada bulan Juni 2019. Hasil : Pengguna obat tradisional mayoritas adalah perempuan dibanding laki-laki dengan presentase 57%. Karakteristik jumlah responden berdasarkan umur dalam kisaran 46-55 tahun dengan presentase 40%. Adapun penyakit yang diderita respon kebanyakan yaitu penyakit hipertensi dengan presentase 67%. Untuk mengobati penyakitnya responden menggunakan obat tradisional jenis jamu dengan sediaan larutan (rebusan) 67% yang dibuat sendiri, jenis tanaman obat yang banyak digunakan yaitu kunyit dengan presentase 35%. Penggunaan obat tradisional menjadi cara masyarakat dalam mengobati penyakitnya, namun sebesar 69% responden belum memahami efek samping obat tradisional Kesimpulan : Mayoritas masyarakat Sei Selincah sudah menggunakan obat tradisional sesuai aturan namun ada beberapa hal yang kurang diketahui yaitu mengenai efek samping obat tradisional. Berdasarkan jenis kelamin, dari 18 responden laki – laki 4 orang (22,2%) yang Hb nya rendah sedangkan dari 17 responden perempuan 8 orang (47,8%) yang Hb nya Rendah. Berdasarkan status gizi dari 29 responden dengan gizi normal terdapat 11 orang (38%) mempunyai Hb nya rendah, sedangkan dari 5 responden gizi lebih terdapat 1 orang (20%) kadar Hb rendah. Disarankan untuk lansia agar menjaga pola hidup sehat, mengkonsumsi makanan bergizi dan rajin kontrol untuk berobat guna untuk mengontrol kadar Hb yang rendah bagi lansia yang sudah terdapat anemia. Besar sampel adalah 33 ibu hamil yang diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian didapatkan dari ibu hamil, didapatkan 51,5% ibu hamil positif Candida albicans dan 48,5% ibu hamil yang negaitf Candida albicans. Berdasarkan umur, 27 ibu hamil dengan kategrori umur berisiko didapatkan 44,44% ibu hamil positif Candida albicans sedangkan 6 ibu hamil katerogi umur tidak berisiko didapatkan 83,3% ibu hamil positif Candida albicans Berdasarkan usia kehamilan, 11 ibu hamil Trimester I didapatkan 36,4% ibun hamil positif Candida albicans, 12 ibu hamil Trimester II didapatkan 58,4% ibu hamil positif Candida albicans, sedangkan 10 ibu hamil Trimester III didapatkan 60,0% ibu hamil positif. The design of this case study is descriptive analytic in the form of a case study to explore the problem of implementing warm compress nursing in typhoid fever children with hyperthermia problems at Bhayangkara Hospital. The results of the case study showed that the patient was no longer hot and the patient looked calm. Looking at the results of this study, conclusions can be drawn about implementation with the problem of hyperthermia being resolved and all actions can be taken for both patients. MPH Background: Violent behavior is a condition in which a person performs actions that can harm physically, both to himself and to others. One implementation that can be done to control violent behavior is a deep breathing relaxation technique. Methods: Design This study uses a descriptive method. The sampling method used was purposive sampling with 3 respondents, namely patients with violent behavior problems who were treated at the Mitra Mulia Banyuasin Foundation, South Sumatra. The research data was taken by using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: The implementation of nursing in patients with violent behavior is carried out through deep breathing relaxation techniques carried out through BHSP activities and information on efforts and prevention, training patients to do deep breathing relaxation techniques, facilitating patients to do deep breathing relaxation techniques, and monitoring evaluations on patients. And the results show that the patient can control his emotions .Conclusion: The results of this study illustrate the need to implement deep breathing relaxation techniques to control violent behavior.
