Teenagers' daily lives have changed dramatically during the COVID-19 era due to the social restrictions that have been imposed, including the closure of schools, recreation centers and sports facilities. The purpose of this study was to assess the diet carried out during isolation with psychological adolescents. A total of 206 teenagers took the online survey. Participants showed negative psychological, and healthy diet at moderate limits. Hierarchical regression analysis shows that a healthy diet has a positive psychological effect. The results of the study found that adolescent psychology in this study was below the threshold recommended by the World Health Organization as an indication of possible depressive symptoms, measures to reduce wrong dietary behavior in adolescents a priority for the community and policy makers. Senyawa tersebut dapat berfungsi sebagai antiseptik sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai antibakteri. Selain itu, melati memiliki minyak atsiri yang mampu menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri sehingga daun melati dapat mengobati bisul. Bisul (furunkulosis) merupakan infeksi folikel rambut yang umumnya disebabkan oleh bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas ekstrak daun melati terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Sampel berupa daun melati yang diambil dari UPTD-Balai Perbanyakan Benih Tanaman Pangan dan Holtikultura Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan dijadikan esktrak dengan konsentrasi 10% sampai 100% dengan interval 10%. Ekstrak digunakan sebagai penghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus yang diuji dengan metode Kirby-Bauer (cakram kertas). Hasil penelitian didapatkan konsentrasi minimum ekstrak daun melati yang dapat menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus auerus yaitu sebesar 60%. Diameter zona hambat Staphylococcus aureus memiliki nilai minimum 0 mm dan nilai maksimum 12 mm, diameter rata-rata sebesar 4,60 mm, nilai tengah sebesar 3,50 mm dan standar deviasi 5,016. Berdasarkan hasil uji regresi linier didapatkan ada pengaruh konsentrasi ekstrak daun melati (Jasminum sambac L.) terhadap pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus aureus dengan pengaruh yang sangat kuat yang ditunjukkan dengan r = 0,929 dan P = 0,000. Dari hasil tersebut maka diharapkan masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan daun melati (Jasminum sambac L.) sebagai obat penyakit infeksi ringan seperti bisul yang disebabkan oleh Staphylococcus aureus. Senyawa yang berperan menetralkan radikal bebas ialah antioksidan.Tumbuhan ciplukan memiliki senyawa yang berkhasiat sebagai antioksidan. Tumbuhan ciplukan yang digunakan masyarakat biasanya dikonsumsi dalam bentuk ekstrak dan rebusan. Ekstrak herba ciplukan memiliki aktivitas antioksidan yang sangat baik.Namun penelitian tentang aktivitas antioksidan rebusan herba ciplukan belum ditemukan.Sedangkan salah satu alternatif untuk memudahkan pengolahan herba ciplukan yaitu dengan diolah mejadi jus.Oleh sebab itu dilakukan penelitian tentang uji perbedaan aktivitas antioksidan jus terapi dan rebusan herba ciplukan (Physalis angulata L.) metode CUPRAC secara spektrofotometri. Metode Penelitian :Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel diambil di Kilometer 11, Kecamatan Sukarami, Kota Palembang.Sampel dibersihkan kemudian dirajang kasar lalu diblender untuk pembuatan jus. Sedangkan rebusan dibuat dengan cara mendidihkan 200 gram herba ciplukan dengan tiga gelas air hingga menjadi satu gelas. Jus dan rebusan herba ciplukan dengan berbagai konsentrasi kemudian direaksikan dengan larutan CUPRAC dan diukur absorbannya dengan spektrofotometer.Lalu hitung niai kapasitas antioksidan menggunakan rumus asam askorbat equivalen. Hasil :Nilai kapasitas antioksidan pada jus herba ciplukan sebesar 0,083 mgAAE/g sampel dan pada rebusan herba ciplukan sebesar 0,125 mgAAE/g sampel. Kesimpulan :Aktivitas antioksidan pada rebusan herba ciplukan lebih besar daripada aktivitas antioksidan pada jus herba ciplukan, namun secara statistik aktivitas antioksidan pada jus dan rebusan herba ciplukan tidak berbeda secara signifikan.
