Untuk mencegah terjadinya infeksi diperlukan pertolongan dengan perawatan luka. Perawatan luka yang dilakukan oleh perawat di rumah sakit salah satunya dengan NaCl 0,9%. Normal salin atau NaCl 0,9% merupakan larutan isotonis aman untuk tubuh, tidak iritan, melindungi granulasi jaringan dari kondisi kering, menjaga kelembaban sekitar luka dan membantu luka menjalani proses penyembuhan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah yaitu pengkajian, diganosa keperawatan, intervensi, dan evaluasi pada dua orang sampel sebagai subjek penelitian. Penerapan perawatan luka dengan NaCl 0,9 % diberikan kepada kedua subjek dalam intervensi keperawatan medikal bedah. Diagnosa utama pada utama pada vulunus laseratum adalah yaitu nyeri dan diagnose perawatan luka ada resiko infeksi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat peningkatan proses inflasmasi dan granulasi jaringan dengan perawatan luka yang benar. Diharapkan perawat dapat menerapkan teknik perawatan luka dengan tetap mempertahankan jaringan lembab, tertutup dan steril. To prevent infection, help with wound care is needed. The wound care performed by nurses at the hospital was 0.9% NaCl. Normal saline or 0.9% NaCl is an isotonic solution that is safe for the body, not irritant, protects tissue granulation from dry conditions, maintains moisture around the wound and helps the wound undergo a healing process. This research method uses a case study design using the approach of medical surgical nursing care namely assessment, nursing care, intervention, and evaluation of two samples as the subject of the study. The application of wound care with 0.9% NaCl was given to both subjects in the medical surgical nursing intervention. The main diagnosis in the main vulumus lacerations is pain and diagnosis of wound care there is a risk of infection. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the process of inflation and tissue granulation with correct wound care. It is expected that nurses can apply wound care techniques while maintaining moist, closed and sterile tissue. Based on the results of these studies warm compress can be used as an alternative to lower body thenperature. The purpose of this study was to find out about nursing care with mild head injury in dealing with pain with cold compresses in the inpatient room of Tebing Tinggi general hospital in 2018. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriftif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Penatalaksanaan yang akan dilakukan untuk melakukan senam kaki diabetik guna membuat aliran darah perifer terutama ke ekstremitas bawah adekuat. Untuk hasil evaluasi yang didapatkan dari penatalaksanaan senam diabetik adalah perfusi jaringan perifer adekuat. The purpose of this study is to provide nursing care with the application of wound care to the problem of infection risk in post sectio caesaria patients. Descriptive research method with a case study approach on two post sectio caesaria mothers in Salsabila clinic sub district source of Musi Rawas regency in June 2018. The results of the study show that there is effectiveness in wound infection. Integrated nursing care from the assasment of intervention, diagnosa and evaluation concludes that the risk of infection is closely related to hygiene and wound care. Tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit infeksi menular yang dapat menyerang berbagai organ, terutama paru paru. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk melakukan asuhan keperawatan pada klien dengan TB Paru dalam mengatasi ketidakpatuhan minum obat OAT dengan komunikasi terapeutik. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada 2 orang subjek laki laki di wilayah kerja puskesmas Megang Sakti kabupaten Musi Rawas pada bulan Juni 2018. Hasil penelitian, terlihat adanya efektifitas komunikasi terapeutik dalam mengatasi ketidakpatuhan regimen terapeutik. Asuhan keperawatan yang terintegrasi dari pengkajian, diagnosa, intervensi dan evaluasi, menyimpulkan ketidakpatuhan regimen terapeutik erat kaitannya dengan kurangnya pemahaman tentang prosedur pengobatan. Saran bagi institusi prodi keperawatan Lubuklinggau dan Puskesmas Megang Sakti bahwa hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sumber informasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya dan dapat digunakan dalam membuat standar operasional prosedur dalam asuhan keperawatan keluarga dan penerapan komunikasi terapeutik secara intensif sehingga program pembinaan keluarga dapat terlaksana dengan baik dan menyentuh pada para penderita. Prevalensi asma di seluruh Dunia adalah sebesar 8-10% pada anak dan 3-5% pada dewasa, dan dalam 10 tahun terakhir ini menigkat sebesar 50%. Masalah utama pada pasien asma yang sering dikeluhkan adalah sesak nafas. Untuk mengurangi sesak nafas yaitu antara lain dengan pengaturan posisi pada saat istrirahat, posisi pada kemiringan 450, yaitu dengan gaya gravitasi untuk membantu pengembangan paru dan mengurangi tekanan dari abdomen pada diafragma. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan medikal bedah yaitu pengkajian, diganosa keperawatan, intervensi, dan evaluasi pada dua orang sampel sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik relaksasi pernafasan diafragma diberikan kepada kedua subjek dalam intervensi keperawatan medikal bedah. Diagnosa utama pada utama pada subjek yaitu ketidak efektifan bersihan jalan nafas berhubungan dengan spasme bronkhus. Hasil penelitian diperoleh terdapat penurunan sesak nafas setelah dilakukan tindakan teknik relaksasi pernafasan diafragma. Diharapkan perawat dapat menerapkan pengaturan posisi semi fowler pada pasien asma secara konsistern saat memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien asma bronchial sehingga dapat menurunkan sesak nafas pasien. Konsisten proses encer dapat berwarna hijau atau dapat pula bercampur lendir dan darah atau lendir saja. Sedangkan untuk penanganan pertama dirumah pada penderita yang terkena gastroenteritis adalah dengan pemenuhan kebutuhan cairan, seperti cairan gula dan garam (oralit), air putih matang biasa, berikan terus cairan seperti ini sampai diare berhenti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemenuhan kebutuhan cairan dan elektronik setelah pemberian oralit dalam mengatasi kekurangan cairan pada anak gastroenteritis di Puskesmas Perumnas Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan menggunakan motode pendekatan studi kasus. Seubjek dalam penelitian ini adalah dua orang dua pasien dengan diagnosa medis gastoenteritis yang diberi cairan oralit untuk mengatasi kekurangan cairan di Puskemas Perumnas Kota Lubuklinggau.Analisis kekurangan cairan pada anak dikategorikan menjadi dehidrasi ringan, dehidrasi sedang, Dehidrasi berat.Dari hasil penelitian tentang pemberian oralit dalam mengatasi kekurangan cairan pada anak gastroenteritis di Puskesmas Perumnas Kota Lubuklinggau diperoleh hasil yaitu adanya perubahan kekurangan cairan pada anak yang signifikan pada kedua subjek dengan penyakit gastoenteritis setelah dilakukan pemberian oralit.Kepada tenaga kesehatan yang berada di Puskesmas Perumnas Kota Lubuklinggau untuk dapat memberikan cairan oralit pada anak yang menderita gastroenteritis karena telah terbukti dapat mencegah kekurangan cairan.
