Cara efektif dalam penyuluhan kesehatan gigi disekolah yakni dengan melibatkan media dalam proses penyampaian materi yaitu menggunakan media flashcard dan media video. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan menggunakan desain Pretest-Posttest Group Design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas 4A dan 4B berjumlah 60 orang. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu setelah diberikan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan gigi dengan menggunakan media flashcard menggambarkan bahwa terjadi perubahan pemahaman sebesar 53%, sedangkan untuk media video terjadi perubahan pemahaman sebesar 23%. Maka media flashcard lebih meningkatkan pemahaman anak tentang kesehatan gigi daripada media video di SD Negeri 11 Palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi terbaik, karakteristik sifat sensori dan daya terima kue bangkit substitusi tepung mocaf dan bekatul. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non-faktorial dengan 3 kombinasi formula. Subjek penelitian uji organoleptik sebanyak 56 panelis. Pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah system tabulasi dan uji Kruskal Wallis serta dilanjutkan dengan uji Mann-Whitney. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian uji organoleptik F3 merupakan formula terbaik dengan komposisi (Tepung tapioka 30 g, tepung mocaf 45 g dan bekatul 25%) dengan kandungan energi 473,07 Kkal/100 g, protein sebesar 6,15%, lemak 19,71%, karbohidrat sebesar 67,77%, kadar abu 2,12%, kadar air 4,25% dan kadar serat pangan 15,07%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan nyata antara daya terima kue bangkit susbtitusi tepung mocaf dan bekatul terhadap rasa, tekstur, after taste dan keseluruhan (p≤0,05) dan tidak ada perbedaan antara daya terima modifikasi kue bangkit terhadap aroma dan warna (p>0,05). Apabila akan digunakan untuk remaja obesitas perlu dilakukan pengurangan terhadap penggunaan tepung bekatul dan santan yang digunakan menjadi santan encer agar lemak dan energi menjadi lebih rendah.
