Metode penulisan laporan tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode studi kasus (case study) dengan sasaran Ny.”P” umur 25 tahun. Data yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ialah melalui wawancara (anamnesis), pemeriksaan fisik, pemeriksaan penunjang, studi dokumentasi dan observasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah format pengkajian dan alat-alat pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan penunjang. Dalam laporan tugas akhir ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa mahasiswi dapat melakukan pengkajian data subjektif dan objektif, menganalisanya untuk menegakkan diagnosis serta melakukan penatalaksanaan yang tepat dalam melaksanakan asuhan kebidanan komprehensif pada Ny. “P” di PMB Teti Herawati Palembang Tahun 2023. Melalui laporan tugas akhir ini diharapkan bagi pihak PMB Teti Herawati Palembang dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan demi tersedianya pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas.
