Data kemudian di interprestasikan analisis dan bahas menggunakan perbandingan antara hasil penelitian dengan konsep-konsep maupun penelitian orang lain. Hasil: Pengolahan data ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui adanya perubahan pola makan dengan penerapan informasi diit hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Penilaian pemahaman tentang hipertensi didapatkan kondisi sebelum diberikan penerapan informasi diit hipertensi dan setelah dilakukan penerapan informasi diit hipertensi. Penderita penyakit kronis termasuk kelompok rentan terinfeksi virus corona. Upaya 5M yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah potensi penularan virus corona seperti menggunakan masker, menutup mulut dan hidung saat bersin ataupun batuk, mencuci tangan dengan air mengalir dan sabun , menjauhi kerumunan, menjaga jarak minimal 1 meter, serta membatasi mobilitas dan interaksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya 5M pasien penyakit kronis terhadap pencegahan penularan Covid-19 di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tegal Binangun. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non eksperimental dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan di Puskesmas Tegal Binangun kota Palembang. Pengambilan data berdasarkan jawaban pada kuesioner. Hasil: Dari 300 responden 96,66% yang menggunakan masker, 76,1% melakukan upaya mencuci tangan, responden 73,33% yang memilih menjaga jarak, 79% yang memilih menjauhi kerumunan, 41,67% responden yang menjawab membatasi mobilitas dan interaksi Kesimpulan: Penyakit kronis telah melakukan upaya 5M, meskipun masih ada sebagian pasien penyakit kronis yang belum melakukan upaya 5M seperti membatasi mobilitas dan interaksi. Recently, it can be easily damaged by the uncontrolled message circulation that spread on social media. Consumers tend to mislead by untrusted source of information causing losing their trust and give immediate impact to sales decline. One of the vulnerable company that regularly facing this situation is food and beverage industry. Garudafood that known for their peanuts products as the object of this case study has to deal with the negative issues about their company which spread on social media that goes viral within second causing crisis. In order to tackle the issues, commonly organizations held press conference and carefully appointed who will be the spokesperson to talk to mass media and wishing media will spread clarification messages correctly. As crisis become a more frequent occurrence, Garudafood applied different approach in handling the situation. This study aims to examine the importance role of employee as internal stakeholders of the company in responding negative issues that can lead to crisis. In how crisis communications plan is done by utilizing employees as source of information to external stakeholders in particular customers. Data collections through depth interview with the representative of corporate communications and relations of the company supported by literature and previous research. Results shows employees are able to be an essential role in responding crisis communications since they can be as source of information on behalf of the company to their relatives, friends and communities. However, their credibility is being considered since they have interest therefore tend to defend their workplace. After all, the company should release official clarification message that supported with the statement of related parties to increase the credibility of the message and source of information. Terapi Akupresur dapat dijadikan alternatif untuk penderita hipertensi karena dapat meningkatkan stamina tubuh, melancarkan peredaran darah, memperbaiki kualitas tidur serta mengurangi stres dan juga dapat menenangkan pikiran, sehingga mudah dilakukan sendiri dirumah.Tujuan Penelitian:Untuk mengetahui penerapan terapi akupresur terhadap gangguan pola tidur pada penderita hipertensi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Citra Medika Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2021. Metode Penelitian: Metode Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan padabulan April 2021.Subyek dalam studi kasus ini adalah dua klien dengan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi.Hasil Penelitian: Pada subjek I sebelum dilakukan terapi akupresur mengalami gangguan pola tidur dan subjek II sebelum dilakukan tindakan terapi juga mengalami gangguan pola tidur. Setelah dilakukan terapi akupresur subjek I dan II pola tidur menjadi normal. Kesimpulan : Penerapan terapi akupresur efektif untuk menurunkan skor PSQI pada penderita hipertensi.
