To overcome these things, it requires special media namely braille media and an innovative technique known as audio tactile technique. Method: This study used quasi-experimental method with pre-test and post�test one group design which population and sample were visually impaired children in Special Needs School: Rehabilitation Center for the Blind and Visually Impaired (SLB-A PRPCN) Palembang. The total of the sample was 21 children which divided into three treatment groups (Braille 3G Media, Audio Tactile, and Braille 3G Modified Audio Tactile). The status of Dental and Oral Health of children was assessed by using plaque score assessment in the form of Patient Hygiene Performance Index for one month and two month with Anova-test analysis. Results: The result shows that there is a very striking difference in plaque after one month (0.019) and after two months (0.030). Further analysis with the Post Hoc test shows that the groups that differed significantly in the plaque index after one month and two months are braille with modification and audio tactile with modification. Conclusion: From the evidence, we can see that the braille 3G modified audio tactile media is more effective in reducing the plaque index because it can improve the dental health status of visually impaired children. Prilaku kesehatan gigi meliputi pengetahuan, sikap, dan tindakan yang berkaitan dengan konsep sehat dan sakit gigi serta upaya pencegahannya. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian quasi eksperimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test post-test design. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa taman kanak�kanak di Wilayah Kecamatan Ilir Barat I Kota Palembang. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 68 pasang siswa dan ibu dengan total 136 dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang diperoleh diuji menggunakan analisis uji T, digunakan apabila data terdistribudi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan pengetahuan dan perilaku ibu sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dengan media irene’s donuts. So that it is very susceptible to experiencing functional disorders, psychological disorders that are often experienced by the elderly such as depression, sleep disorders, diagnostic syndromes, anxiety disorders. Depression is influenced by several factors, namely psychological factors such as the length of time the elderly live in an orphanage. One alternative that can be used to reduce depression scores in the elderly is yoga. The benefits of doing regular yoga exercises can reduce mental thoughts, and can control stress, shape body posture, improve sleep quality, and others. The research method is descriptive in the form of a case study using the nursing care method carried out by the researcher. To see the development of the depression level score, pre-test and post-test were carried out with depression inventory and the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire (SPMSQ). The results of the study after the implementation of yoga exercise nursing on clients 1 and 2 found a decrease in depression scores. Depression score inventory from 7 (mild depression) to 5 (mild depression) and on client 2 depression inventory scores 6 (mild depression) to 4 (minimum depression). SPMSQ on client 1 from a value of 6 (intellectual function mild damage) to 6 (intellectual function mild damage) and on client 2 a value of 4 (intellectual function moderate damage) to 6 (intellectual function moderate damage). In conclusion: doing yoga exercises regularly can reduce depression scores so that depression levels decrease, memory increases, and knowledge levels increase. Suggestions: for this yoga exercise can be done independently and especially in nursing homes you can do the exercises together to reduce depression scores. The quality and safety of a food product are highly dependent on the quality and safety of the raw materials used. This study aims to determine the description of the specifications of fresh food ingredients and the taste of the resulting soft food. This research is descriptive research with a cross-sectional research design. The number of samples of 15 foodstuffs and 30 people was done by random sampling technique. The results showed that the specifications of fresh food ingredients 73.3% were declared by the inspection of quality and quantity. The taste of the soft food produced is not good because in terms of food texture there are still some that are not by the requirements of soft food.
