Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pola makan, asupan protein, zat besi (Fe), dan vitamin C terhadap status anemia pada remaja putri di SMP Negeri 40 Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskiptif dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswi kelas VIII. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik propotional stratified random sampling dan Teknik simple random samping. Besar sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 70 responden. Data dianalisis secara Univariat dan Bivariat. Hasil penelitian dengan analisis univariat menunjukkan responden yang berstatus anemia yaitu 4 responden (5,7%). Pola makan baik sebesar 85,7%, asupan protein kurang sebesar 88,6%, asupan zat besi kurang sebesar 87,1%, dan asupan vitamin C kurang sebesar 97,1%. Hasil analisis tabel silang menunjukkan remaja putri anemia dengan pola makan kurang sebesar 75%, asupan protein sebesar 100%, asupan zat besi kurang sebesar 100%, dan asupan vitamin C kurang sebesar 100%. Jumlah sampel 30 responden perlakuan dan 30 responden pembanding yang dilakukan dengan cara purposive sampling. Responden sebagian besar usia 65 – 74 tahun 14 responden (46,7%) dengan kategori jenis kelamin perempuan paling banyak 17 responden (56,7%) perlakuan dan 24 responden (80%) pembanding, serta jenis hipertensi tingkat 1 paling banyak terjadi. Rata-rata penurunan tekanan darah 20,57/13,8 mmHg. One way to deal with anxiety is deep breathing relaxation techniques and five finger hypnosis. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of deep breathing relaxation and five finger hypnosis on the anxiety level of gout sufferers.The research design used was Quasy Experimental with Pretest-Posttest approach with control group. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique as many as 15 respondents in the treatment group and 15 control groups. The results of the analysis used the Dependent t-test and Independent t-test.The results of the analysis using the Dependent t-test showed that the level of anxiety showed a significant decrease before and after the intervention of a combination of deep breathing relaxation and five finger hypnosis where p value = 0.00 (a <0.05). While the results of the Independent t-test showed that the combination of deep breathing relaxation and five-finger hypnosis had a significant effect on anxiety levels in gout sufferers with p value = 0.001 (a<0.005). It is concluded that there is an effect between a combination of deep breathing relaxation and five finger hypnosis on the level of anxiety in gout sufferers. In addition to the role of medical personnel such as doctors who diagnose a patient's disease and provide treatment therapy, the role of nursing staff is also very important as a partner of the doctor who always treats patients 24 hours and knows the immediate condition of patients treated in minor head injuries, especially pain. one of the nursing actions to provide comfort and reduce acute headache in mild head injury patients is to do deep breath relaxation exercises or distraction techniques. This research method uses a case study design using the approach of medical surgical nursing care namely assessment, nursing care, intervention, and evaluation of two samples as the subject of the study. The application of deep breathing distraction techniques was carried out on both subjects in the implementation of nursing. The main diagnosis in the main mild head injury is acute pain. The results of this study showed that there was a decrease in pain scale after the intervention of deep breath distraction techniques and accompanied by drug administration. It is expected that nurses can apply non-pharmacological techniques before giving treatment therapy so that it can reduce dependence on drugs in the treatment of mild head injury patients.
