Dukungan keluarga sangat diperlukan oleh ODGJ untuk patuh dalam minum obat, karena pada umumnya Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa(ODGJ) belum mampu mengatur dan mengetahui jadwal dan jenis obat yang akan di minum. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah keluarga yang salah satu anggota keluarganya mengalami gannguan jiwa di Puskesmas Nawangsasi Kabupaten Musi Rawas selama bulan Juli sampai Desember 2019, sebanyak 62 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian menggunakan non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling sesuai kriteria yang diinginkan, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang. Hasil : Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 68,57% ODGJ memperoleh dukungan keluarga baik, dengan mayoritas jenis kelamin adalah laki-laki berusia 30-49 tahun. Sedangkan sebanyak 31,43% dukungan keluarga kurang baik diperoleh oleh ODGJ, dengan rata rata adalah perempuan, dan rentang umur30-49 tahun. Kualitas hidup ODGJ di Puskesmas Nawangsasi Kabupaten Musi Rawas sebagian besar dalam kategori baik yaitu 71,43%, dengan jenis kelamin yang di dominasi oleh laki-laki dan kelompok umur 30-49 tahun. Sementara kategori kualitas hidup yang kurang baik diperoleh ODGJ sebanyak 28,57%, dimana semuanya berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dengan rentang umur 50-69 tahun. Kesimpulan : Dari 35 ODGJ sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki, dengan rentang usia rata rata 30–49 tahun, klasifikasi ODGJ yang paling banyak diderita dalam penelitian ini adalah klasifikasi ODGJ berat yaitu Schizophrenia. Dukungan keluarga atau peran keluarga yang besar atau baik akan menghasilkan kualitas hidup ODGJ yang tinggi atau baik juga. Kata Kunci : Dukungan Keluarga, gangguan jiwa, kualitas hidup. Labor pain is a problem that worries mothers who are about to give birth, especially for primigravida. There are several non-pharmacological methods that can be used to reduce pain, one of which is the effleurage massage technique. This technique can provide a relaxing effect and make mothers in labor adapt to the pain. This study aims to describe the nursing implementation of the effleurage massage technique to reduce labor pain in the 1st stage of labor. Method: Descriptive research design in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of: assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation by focusing on implementation of nursing of first stage labor pain through providing and teaching effleurage massage techniques and providing education about labor pain. The case study subjects are to two cases with the problem of first stage labor pain at Hospital in Palembang. Result: Effleurage massage techniques have an influence effectively to reducing the pain experienced by first stage in labor patients. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah pertahankan tirah baring selama masa akut, terangkan nyeri yang diderita klien dan penyebabnya, kolaborasi pemberian analgetika, kaji intensitas, karakteristik, dan derajat nyeri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya penurunan skala nyeri setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan penerapan teknik nafas dalam. Diharapkan kepada perawat untuk dapat memberikan teknik nafas dalam secara berkala untuk mengurangi nyeri. Relief labor is an act in order to save both mother and baby. Infection after the birth operation remains threatening so that care after surgery requires attention to reduce morbidity and mortality. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of nursing care that will be done to reduce pain in postoperative patients sectio cesarea at Inpatient Ward Hospital Siti Aisyah City Lubuklinggau Year 2018. This research method using case study design using nursing care approach that is assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management to reduce pain done on 2 subjects is non-pharmacological intervention is the application of deep breathing techniques. Support interventions are to maintain bed rest during the acute period, explain the pain suffered by the client and the cause, collaboration of analgesic, study intensity, characteristics, and degree of pain. The results showed that the occurrence of decreased pain scale after nursing intervention with the application of deep breathing techniques.
