Pengetahuan kader menjadi indikator utama dalam keberhasilan usaha Posyandu untuk mewujudkan masyarakat sehat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui revitalisasi pengetahuan kesehatan gigi dan mulut pada kader posyandu di Kelurahan Bukit Lama Palembang melalui metode demonstrasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi-experiment. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan berupa pretest-posttest one group design yaitu kelompok yang diberi perlakuan penyuluhan disertai dengan demonstrasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 3 kali kunjungan pada masing-masing posyandu dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Rata-rata nilai pre-test pengetahuan kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Kelurahan Bukit Lama Kota Palembang tahun 2022 adalah sebesar sebesar 16,97 poin. Pada pengujian post-test pengetahuan didapatkan rata-rata nilai yang lebih tinggi yaitu sebesar 24,27 poin. Terlihat adanya peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan pada kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Kelurahan Bukit Lama Kota Palembang tahun 2022 yang dibuktikan dari peningkatan nilai pre-test terhadap post-test. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat perubahan sebelum dan sesudah penyuluhan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dan media alat peraga terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan kader Posyandu di wilayah kerja Kecamatan Bukit Lama Kota Palembang tahun 2022.
