Metode:Penelitian dengan desain studi kasus dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2022. Subjek 2 orang Caregiver dan klien Stroke berumur 65-77 tahun yang menunjukkan tanda dan gejala Kelumpuhan. Family Caregiver dilatih ROM, Perawatan Diri memandikan dan berpakaian, kemudian family Caregiver diminta melatih klien sampai mampu melakukan perawatan diri. Hasil: family Caregiver mampu melakukan perawatan diri namun belum mampu melakukan ROM. ROM klien meningkat pada sendi jari tangan, lutut, pergelangan kaki. Persendian tetap kaku pada pergelangan dan siku. Klien berpakaian dengan teknik yang aman, mendahulukan anggota gerak yang sakit.Pembahasan: Latihan ROM dirasakan cukup mudah oleh Caregiver sedangkan teknik membuka persendian yang kaku belum bisa dilakukan mandiri. Diperlukan kolaborasi dengan terapis profesional untuk melatih persendian yangkaku. Kemandirian dalam perawatan diri meningkat namun demikian tetap dibutuhkan pendampingan family Caregiver untuk latihan ROM Kesimpulan:Sangat dibutuhkan family Caregiver sejak awal dengan pembekalan keterampilan yang memadai sesuai kondisi klien. Caregiver yang terampil meningkatkan kemampuan aktifitas gerak sendi klien meningkat.Saran: Diperluka kegiatan pelatihan bagi Caregiver dengan materi yang lebih kompleks.
