Frekuensi Makan berisiko (55,6%), Frekuensi makanan iritatitif berisiko yaitu pedas (68,9%), asam (51,1%) dan Frekuensi minuman iritatif berisiko (75,6%). Penelitian ini menyarankan kepada penderita gastritis agar menjaga pola makan khususnya untuk jenis makanan dan frekuensi makan, tidak mengonsumsi minuman beralkohol, membatasi kebiasaan meminum kopi, membatasi makanan pedas dan menjaga pola makan yang teratur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola konsumsi serat dan aktivitas fisik pada pasien DM type 2 di RS Islam Siti Khadijah. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan systematic random sampling. Analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa responden berjenis kelamin perempuan yaitu sebanyak 37 responden (75,5%) dan sebanyak (83,7%) responden berusia >40 tahun, (51,0%) berpendidikan SMA, (46,9%) ibu rumah tangga. (95,9%) asupan serat responden tergolong kurang, (51,0%) responden aktivitas fisik tergolong sedang dan aktivitas fisik responden ringan sebanyak (49,0%) dan kadar gula darah responden tergolong hipergllikemi sebanyak (71,4%) dan normal sebanyak 14 responden (28,8%). Penggunaan obat yang rasional sangat penting untuk keberhasilan pengobatan antihipertensi. Penderita hipertensi dengan pengobatan yang tidak tepat dapat berisiko menyebabkan tekanan darah tinggi yang lebih parah, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pemberian obat antihipertensi apa saja yang diberikan pada pasien hipertensi. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional. Data diperoleh secara retrospektif dengan mengambil data rekam medik pasien hipertensi yang ada di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang periode Januari- Desember 2021 dengan menggunakan metode total sampling yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil : Dari 57 data rekam medik yang terkumpul didapatkan hasil bahwa pasien hipertensi terbanyak adalah laki-laki yaitu sebanyak 36 pasien (63,16%). Penggunaan obat antihipertensi tunggal didominasi oleh amlodipine sebanyak 7 kasus (38,89%), kombinasi 2 obat antihipertensi yang banyak digunakan didominasi oleh kombinasi amlodipine dan candesartan sebanyak 12 kasus (41,38%), kombinasi > 3 obat yang banyak digunakan adalah kombinasi candesartan, bisoprolol, dan furosemide sebanyak 3 kasus (30%). Golongan obat antihipertensi yang banyak digunakan adalah golongan CCB yaitu amlodipine (35,45%). Kesimpulan : Penggunaan kombinasi 2 obat antara amlodipine dan candesartan adalah obat antihipertensi yang paling banyak digunakan. Golongan obat antihipertensi yang paling banyak digunakan adalah golongan CCB yaitu amlodipine.
