Nyeri sendi yang dialami akan menurunkan aktivitas fisik lansia dan berdampak pada penurunan lingkup gerak sendi. Salah satu tindakan nonfarmakologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengurangi skala nyeri sendi adalah senam rematik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam rematik terhadap perubahan rasa nyeri pada lansia dengan osteoartritis lutut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah dua orang lansia dengan osteoatritis dengan nyeri sedang. Penatalaksanaan nyeri utama yang dilakukan adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan senam rematik. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah lakukan pengkajian nyeri secara komprehensif termasuk lokasi, karakteristik, durasi, frekuensi, kualitas dan faktor presipitasi, monitor respon individu terhadap latihan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi penurunan skala nyeri setelah dilakukan intervensi pemberian senam rematik pada pasien Osteoatritis. Saran penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan senam rematik ini dapat diterapkan di Puskesmas Megang untuk menurunkan rasa nyeri sendi lansia Osteoatritis. Dalam membantu penyembuhan luka pada pasien DM dengan masalah ulkus yaitu dengan perawatan luka menggunakan Cairan Nacl 0,9% yang merupakan cairan fisiologis yang efektif untuk perawatan luka dengan cara menjaga kelembaban, menjaga granulasi tetap kering, namun NaCl 0,9% merupakan elektrolit yang kandungan garamnya cukup tinggi, bila dibandingkan larutan gula (D40% atau madu) akan lebih mempercepat kesembuhan luka. Metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada 2 orang penderita Diabetes Melitus Di Ruang Rawat Inap RSUD Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau Tahun 2018. Hasil penelitian, terlihat adanya efektifitas penyembuhan luka pada pasien ulkus diabetes Melitus setelah dilakukan perawatan luka dengan pemberian cairan NACL. Asuhan Keperawatan yang terintegrasi dari pengkajian, diagnosa intervensi dan evaluasi. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease that will suffer for live. Diabetes mellitus will have an impact on the quality of human resources and increase quite a lot of health costs. In helping wound healing in DM patients with ulcer problems, namely by wound care using 0.9% NaCl liquid which is an effective physiological fluid for wound care by maintaining moisture, keeping granulation high, when compared to sugar solution (D4% or honey) it will be more accelerate wound healing. The study uses descriptive research method with a case study approach on 2 people with Diabetes Mellitus in the Inpatient Room of Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuklinggau City in 2018. The results of the study showed that there was an effectiveness of wound healing in ulcer patients in Diabetes Melitus test after wound treatment with NaCl solution. Nursing care is integrated in assessment, diagnosis, intervention and evaluation. This study can be applied by room staff in performing wound care using 0.9% NaCl liquid to accelerate wound healing. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of nursing care in ARD patients in the intervention of effective cough application to remove sputum in children aged 4-6 years. This research method using case study design using nursing care approach that is assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management of sputum expenditure is non-pharmacological intervention is the application of effective cough technique. Water compresses commonly affect the body by causing blood vessel reduction (Vasoconstriction) reduces edema by reducing blood flow to the area, numbing the sensation of pain, providing comfort to patients, clients with high body temperature, slowing the inflammatory process, and reducing itching. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care, especially with the intervention of the application of warm compresses on the abdomen to reduce pain in typhoid fever patients in the inpatient room of Siti Aisyah Hospital in Lubuklinggau City in 2018. This research method used a case study design using nursing care approach, namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Istilah BPH atau benign prostatic hyperplasia sebenarnya merupakan istilah histopatologis, yaitu terdapat hiperplasia sel-sel stroma dan sel-sel epitel kelenjar prostat. Hiperplasia prostat benigna ini dapat dialami oleh sekitar 70% pria di atas usia 60 tahun. Angka ini akan meningkat hingga 90% pada pria berusia di atas 80 tahun. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan dengan intervensi pemberian teknik distraksi musik untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada pasien pre op BPH di RSUD Siti Aisyah Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2018. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan untuk mengurangi kecemasan yang dilakukan kepada 2 orang subjek adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan teknik teknik musik. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah buat hubungan saling percaya dengan pasien dan keluarga, berikan informasi tentang prosedur pembedahan dan tindakan yang akan dilakukan, dorong pasien untuk menyatakan masalah atau perasaannya, beri teknik distraksi musik pada pasien. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya penurunan kecemasan setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan penerapan teknik musik. Diharapkan kepada perawat di rumah sakit Siti Aisyah untuk tetap melakukan intervensi distraksi musik untuk mengurangi kecemasan pada pasien. The term BPH or benign prostatic hyperplasia is actually a histopathological term, ie there is hyperplasia of stromal cells and epithelial cells of the prostate gland. Benign prostatic hyperplasia can be experienced by approximately 70% of men over the age of 60 years. This number will increase to 90% in men aged over 80 years. The purpose of this study is to obtain a description of nursing care with intervention giving music distraction technique to reduce anxiety in pre op BPH patient in RSUD Siti Aisyah Lubuklinggau City 2018. This research method using case study design using nursing care approach that is assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management to reduce anxiety is done to 2 subjects is non-pharmacological intervention is the application of engineering techniques of music. Support interventions are made for trusting relationships with patients and families, providing information about surgical procedures and actions to be performed, encouraging the patient to state the problem or feelings, give the technique distraksi music to the patient. The results showed that the decrease of anxiety after the nursing intervention with the application of music techniques. It is expected that the nurse at the hospital Siti Aisyah to continue to intervene distraksi music to reduce anxiety in patients. Melalui toilet training anak akan belajar bagaimana mengenal urgensi untuk mengeluarkan dan menahan eliminasi, serta mampu mengkomunikasikan sensasi tersebut pada orang tua. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan dengan intervensi pendidikan kesehatan pada keluarga dengan anak tolder tentang toilet taining dengan metode video di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Taba Kota Lubuklinggau tahun 2018. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan yang dilakukan kepada 2 orang subjek untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga tentang toilet training pada anak usia todler yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang toilet training dengan metode video. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan ibu tentang toilet training pada anak usia toddler setelah dilakukan intervensi dengan pendidikan kesehatan melalui metode video. Diharapkan kepada petugas kesehatan di Puskesmas Taba untuk sering melakukan penyuluhan kepada keluarga yang mempunyai anak usia toddler tentang manfaat dari toilet training. ABSTRACT One of the tasks of toddler development is toilet training, where control of the anal sphincter and uritra is achieved at around 18-24 months of age. Through the toilet training the child will learn how to recognize the urgency of removing and holding elimination, as well as being able to communicate that sensation to parents. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of nursing care with health education interventions in families with children told about toilet training with video methods in the work area of Taba Health Center in Lubuklinggau City in 2018. This research method used a case study design using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis , intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management carried out to 2 subjects to improve family knowledge about toilet training for toddlers who were conducted was to provide health education about toilet training with video methods. Hipertensi dianggap masalah kesehatan serius karena kedatangannya serikali tidak kita sadari dengan sedikit, jika memang ada, gejala yang nyata. Penyakit ini bisa terus bertambah parah tanpa disadari hingga mencapai tingkat yang yang mengancam hidup pasiennya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien hipertensi dalam intervensi penerapan musik klasik untuk mengurangi nyeri kepala. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan pengurangan nyeri yang dilakukan adalah intervensi non farmakologi yaitu penerapan musik klasik. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah mempertahankan tirah baring selama fase akut, menghilangkan atau minimalkan aktivitas fase kontriksi yang dapat meningkatkan sakit kepala, seperti mengejan saat bab, batuk panjang, dan membungkuk, mengukur tekanan darah pasien. memberikan terapi musik klasik selama 15 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadinya penurunan skala nyeri setelah dilakukan intervensi keperawatan dengan penerapan musik klasik pada pasien hipertensi.
