Langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan dalam pelayanan Pharmaceutical Care adalah assessment terhadap pasien, identifikasi masalah terkait pengobatan, pemilihan dan rencana pengobatan, implementasi serta monitoring, follow up kepada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi atau mendeskripsiskan karakteristik setiap variable penelitian. Metode : Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Analisis data dari penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis univariate yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi atau mendeskripsikan karakteristik setiap variable penelitian. Hasil : Dari hasil kuisioner yang terdiri dari kategori pengentahuan responden, implementasi, implementasi sesuai pedoman, semua kategori tersebut belum sepenuhnya dijalankan sesuai pedoman. Padahal dari 41 Puskesmas hanya ada 27 Puskesmas yang memiliki Apoteker. Tetapi dari 27 Apoteker tersebut hanya ada sebanyak 2 responden yang pernah melaksanakan pedoman Pharmaceutical Care. Jadi Apoteker di Puskesmas Kota Palmebnag belum memiliki persepsi yang baik tentang Pharmaceutical Care. Kesimpulan : Apoteker telah melaksanakan Pharmacutical Care pada penyakit hipertensi di puskesmas Kota Palembang, namun belum memiliki persepsi yang baik yang sesuai dengan pedoman Pharmaceutical Care untuk penyakit hipertensi. This article aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of photobiomodulation near infrared as a cultural nursing intervention for postpartum women in Indonesia. Methods A research and development study design was undertaken from 2018 to 2020 in three stages to evaluate the effectiveness of photobiomodulation near infrared: a phenomenological study (n=20), a pre-experimental study (n=80) and a quasi-experimental design (n=90). Data were analysed using one-way ANOVA and a Kruskal–Wallis test. Results Three themes emerged from the qualitative study that focused on development tools. Photobiomodulation near infrared was developed to cover postpartum women’s needs. Significant statistical differences were found in multiple outcome measures after implementing photobiomodulation near infrared.
