Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh murottal alquran terhadap kualitas tidur anak di Posyandu Pedamaran VI Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitan kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian Pre Experiment dengan bentuk One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan ditambah koreksi sebesar 10%. Sampel penelitian yaitu anak usia 1-3 tahun di Posyandu Pedamaran VI yang mengalami gangguan tidur yang memenuhi kriterita inklusi berjumlah 35 orang. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji statistik Uji Mc Nemar dan diperoleh nilai significancy ρ-value = 0.000 (ρ≤0.05) artinya ada perbedaan yang bermakna nyeri dismenorea yang dirasakan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan intervensi. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh murottal alquran terhadap kualitas tidur anak usia 1-3 tahun di Posyandu Pedamaran VI Tahun 2020. Dilakukannya penelitian mengenai saliva terutama volume saliva dan plak sebagai faktor resiko karies gigi. Penurunan aliran saliva yang rendah akan meningkatkan aktivitas karies secara signifikan. Disamping itu kurangnya menjaga kesehatan gigi dan mulut juga sangat mempengaruhi, keadaan gigi yang banyak terdapat plak membuat keadaan mulut menjadi asam. Metabolisme karbohidrat oleh mikroorganisme plak membuat plak semakin tebal dan mengakibatkan pH saliva menjadi rendah sehingga terjadi proses demineralisasi yang tidak diimbangi dengan proses remineralisasi maka terjadilah karies gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran DMF-T dan def-t sekresi saliva, dan plak pada anak Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Palembang Tahun 2018. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, dengan pendekatan survei. Jumlah sampel 124 anak dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariate. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kejadian karies sebanyak 115 (93%), sedangkan yang tidak karies hanya 9 (7%) anak, kriteria sekresi saliva tertinggi dengan kriteria rendah sebanyak 63 anak. Sedangkan untuk kriteria skor plak tertinggi dengan kriteria sedang sebanyak 70 anak. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa rata rata anak Sekolah Dasar Negeri 7 Palembang tahun 2018 mempunyai karies dengan sekresi saliva terbanyak dengan kriteria rendah dan skor plak terbanyak dengan kriteria sedang. Saran dari hasil penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan upaya promotif dan reventif oleh petugas kesehatan melalui UKGS agar siswa dapat memelihara kesehatan gigi dan mulutnya. Breast cancer is a cancer with the highest percentage of 16.6%, and the percentage of deaths due to breast cancer is 9.6%. The purpose of this paper is to obtain an overview of nursing implementation in patients undergoing chemotherapy treatment with chronic pain problems at Muhammadiyah Palembang Hospital This research design uses descriptive method in the form of case studies. The data of this study were taken with basic nursing care including assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. The research subjects studied were 2 respondents with breast cancer with pain problems and of the same gender. The research was conducted in the chemotherapy room at Muhammadiyah Hospital Palembang. The research was conducted by conducting interviews, observation and physical examination. The results showed that after implementing it for three days for the pain problem there was a decrease in the pain scale. Ny pain scale decrease. R from a scale of 5 to a scale of 3 and Ny. P from scale 4 to scale 3 is partially resolved.
