Risk Violent behavior is a form of angry response that is expressed by making threats, injuring other people, and or destroying the environment. Indonesian national data for 2017, the risk of violent behavior is around 0.8% or 10,000 people. One of the treatments for the risk of violent behavior can be done with verbal de-escalation techniques. Methods: The design of this study uses descriptive methods. The sampling method used was purposive sampling of 3 respondents, namely clients with risk of violent behavior who were treated at the Ar-Rahman Palembang Narcotics Rehabilitation Center Foundation. The research data was taken using interviews and observation. The results of data collection are presented in the form of tables and narratives. Results: The implementation of verbal de-escalation techniques had an effect on reducing angry responses in the three clients at risk of violent behavior. Conclusion: Actions that can be taken on clients at risk of violent behavior can be in the form of verbal de-escalation techniques</text>

physical mobility disorders. Method: Descriptive method in the form of a case study. Nursing Care Approach
consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation and nursing documentation. There were 2 subjects in this study, namely men and women with the same criteria, namely non-hemorrhagic stroke patients. This research was conducted at the Siti Fatimah Hospital in South Sumatra Province. Results: The results of mobilization support with non-pharmacological techniques in the form of Passive ROM exercises to increase muscle strength in non-hemorrhagic
stroke patients were carried out for 3 consecutive days, range of motion increased and muscle weakness decreased. Patient 1, the muscle strength of the upper and lower extremities on the left previously scored 1 increased to a score of 2. Patient 2, the
muscle strength of the upper and lower extremities on the right previously had a score of 2 to a score of 3.
Conclusion: After Passive Range Of Motion is effective in the healing process of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients with impaired physical mobility, patient 1 and patient 2 increase muscle strength.</text>

or indirect trauma. The cause of fractures is usually caused by trauma or physical
strength, the condition of the bones and soft tissue around the bones. hospital due
to an open fracture of the lower limb with a problem that often arises, namely
acute pain. One of the most effective nursing interventions for dealing with pain is
deep breathing relaxation techniques which are conscious actions to regulate deep
and slow breathing which can have a relaxing effect on pain relief.
Method : The design of this case study is a descriptive design in the form of a
case study with a nursing care process approach. The subjects of the case study
were 2 patients in the inpatient room with the same criteria after open lower limb
fracture surgery with acute pain problems.
Results : Implementation of nursing given in the form of deep breathing
relaxation technique therapy to reduce pain in postoperative lower limb open
fracture patients, in patient I before breathing relaxation techniques were carried
out on a pain scale of 6, down to 4 on the second day and dropped to 2 on the third
day, the second patient initially had a pain scale of 4, dropping to 3 on the second
day and dropping to 2 on the third day.
Conclusion: In dealing with reducing pain in postoperative patients with open

The case study subjects were 4 patients in the emergency department with the same criteria as congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing patterns.. This case study was conducted at Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital on April 22, April 28, April 30, May 3, 2023. Using data collection techniques by observation and interviews. Results : implementation of nursing given in the form of a semi-fowler position to reduce shortness of breath in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) in patient 1 before the semi-fowler position the patient feels short of breath, after being in the semi-fowler position the patient feels comfortable and shortness of breath is reduced, in patient 2 before in the semi-fowler position the patient feels shortness of breath and chest pain, after being in the semi-fowler position the patient feels comfortable and the shortness of breath is reduced, in patient 3 before the semi-fowler position the patient feels shortness of breath, and the body is weak, after being placed in the semi-fowler position the patient feels reduced comfort and shortness of breath, in patient 4 before the semi-fowler position the patient felt shortness of breath, and the body was weak, after being in the semi-fowler position the patient felt comfortable and reduced shortness of breath. Suggestion : It is hoped that the patient's family can recognize the signs of congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing pattern problems and be able to carry out managementsemi-Fowler's position on the patient. The results of this case study are also expected to become a more comprehensive learning and research method and can be a reference for further research, especially in emergency care regarding the implementation of semi-Fowler's position nursing in patients with congestive heart failure (CHF) with ineffective breathing patterns.</text>

to an open fracture of the lower limb with a problem that often arises, namely acute pain. One of the most effective nursing interventions for dealing with pain is deep breathing relaxation techniques which are conscious actions to regulate deep
and slow breathing which can have a relaxing effect on pain relief.
Method : The design of this case study is a descriptive design in the form of a case study with a nursing care process approach. The subjects of the case study were 2 patients in the inpatient room with the same criteria after open lower limb fracture surgery with acute pain problems. Results : Implementation of nursing given in the form of deep breathing relaxation technique therapy to reduce pain in postoperative lower limb open
fracture patients, in patient I before breathing relaxation techniques were carried out on a pain scale of 6, down to 4 on the second day and dropped to 2 on the third day, the second patient initially had a pain scale of 4, dropping to 3 on the second
day and dropping to 2 on the third day. Conclusion: In dealing with reducing pain in postoperative patients with open
fractures of the lower extremities, there is no gap between theory and implementation.</text>

<text>Background: Risk of violent behavior is behavior demonstrated through a person's actions of either physical, emotional, sexual, or verbal harm to others or the environment. In the behavioral counseling approach, assertive exercises are techniques used to train a person how to express their positive and negative feelings in an open or direct way. Objective: to provide an overview of the implementation of assertive training in schizophrenic clients with violent behavior risk problems. Method: In this study penullis used a descriptive method where researchers will describe the implementation of assertive training on schizophrenic clients with risk problems of violent behavior at Ernaldi Bahar Hospital South Sumatra. Results: The implementation of assertive training in schizophrenic clients with a risk of violent behavior can be done well according to the established plan. Researchers evaluated the three patients and found that the implementation of assertive training can help patients be assertive and reduce symptoms of risk of violent behavior experienced by patients. Suggestion: Researchers hope that patients can maintain and implement what researchers have taught patients how to control the risk of violent behavior by means of assertive training. Researchers also hope that the involvement of the patient's family in helping patients control the risk of violent behavior by reminding or motivating patients not to stop taking medication.</text>
