Diabetes mellitus is ranked 6th as a cause of death. Many people do not know about type II diabetes mellitus because of a lack of knowledge about diabetes. Knowledge is formed after a person perceives an object. Knowledge of DM patients about the disease and its complications can contribute to preventing diabetic ulcers. The better the patient understands about his illness, the more he understands how to change his behavior. Diabetes can cause nerve damage throughout the body when blood glucose and blood pressure are too high. The purpose of this study was to find out how the knowledge of type II diabetes mellitus patients at the Makrayu Health Center Palembang. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data were collected using the Diabetes Knowledge Questionnaire 24 (DKQ-24). The sampling technique or sampling technique in this study used the purvosive sampling method with the determination of inclusion and exclusion sample criteria. The number of samples was 53 respondents at the Makrayu Health Center Palembang. With the research results that have been obtained indicate that the knowledge of respondents is categorized as low (96.2%). It is expected for nursing services to provide counseling to diabetic patients about diabetes, so that patients have knowledge about type II diabetes mellitus. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui pengetahuan padagang dan penggunaan zat pewarna Rhodamin B pada jajanan anak Sekolah Dasar Wilayah Kecamatan Plaju Kota Palembang tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Rancangan penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan Cross sectional. Sampel diambil secara Simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel diambil dengan cara acak dan membeli langsung sampel yang sesuai dengan kriteria sampel yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti, kemudian diperiksa kadar Rhodamin B nya di Laboratorium Jurusan Kesehatan Lingkungan Palembang dengan menggunakan Rapid Test Kit Rhodamin. Hasil penelitian : Dari 30 sampel menunjukan bahwa jajanan yang positif mengandung rhodamin b sebanyak 3 (10%) sampel dan yang negatif sebanyak 27 (90%).dan Pengetahuan pedagang yang berada di kategori baik sebanyak 1 orang (5,0%) dan kategori cukup sebanyak 15 orang (75,0%) sedangkan katagori kurang sebanyak 4 orang (20,0%). Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa masih adanya jajanan yang positif Rhodamin B dan pengetahuan pedagang yang cukup baik. Disarankan Perlu ditingkatkan dalam melaku kan penyuluhan, pembinaan terhadap pedagang tentang penyalahgunaan Zat Pewarna Rhodamin B yang dilarang pada makanan. Penyakit DBD ini tersebar lebih dari 100 negara di dunia dan empat puluh persen dari populasi dunia. Berdasarkan data kasus tahun 2020 kasus DBD yang ada di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sekip berjumlah 37 kasus. Masih tingginya angka kesakitan dan kematian DBD salah satu faktornya adalah kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat tentang DBD dan tindakan masyarakat yang kurang baik dalam melakukan upaya pencegahannya. Tujuan Penelitian : Mengetahui pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan ibu rumah tangga dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit demam berdarah dengue (DBD) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sekip Jaya Kota Palembang Tahun 2021. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Teknik sampling ditentukan dengan teknik systematic random sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari – Mei 2021. Populasi studi penelitian ini adalah ibu rumah tangga di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Sekip. Sampel dengan jumlah 108 ibu rumah tangga. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Hasil Penelitian : Berdasarkan analisis data menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan responden pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 15 responden (14,5%), sedangkan pada kategori cukup yaitu sebanyak 87 responden (80,5%) dan kategori kurang yaitu sebanyak 6 responden (5,5%), sikap responden pada kategori setuju yaitu sebanyak 94 responden (87%) dan pada kategori tidak setuju yaitu sebanyak 14 responden (13%), serta menunjukkan tindakan pada kategori baik yaitu sebanyak 100 responden (92,6%) dan tindakan pada kategori kurang yaitu sebanyak 8 responden (7,6%). Kesimpulan : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan Ibu Rumah Tangga dikategorikan kurang, sedangkan sikap menyatakan tidak setuju terhadap upaya pencegahan dan tindakan menyatakan kurang melakukan upaya pencegahan terhadap penyakit DBD. Diharapkan kepada pihak puskesmas melakukan penyuluhan efektif. Tujuan penelitian diketahuinya pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan terhadap konsumsi sayur dan buah pada remaja di SMA Methodist 2 palembang. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 77 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode Simple Random Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat konsumsi sayur pada Remaja yang konsumsi sayur baik yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (19,5%) dan yang konsusmsi sayur kurang yaitu sebanyak 62 orang (80%). Tingkat konsumsi buah dengan kategori baik yaitu 17 orang (22,1%) dan yang konsumsi buah dengan kategori kurang 60 orang (77,9%). Tingkat pengetahuan Remaja tentang gizi, pengetahuan Baik yaitu 19 orang (24,7%) dan pengetahuan kurang 58 orang (75,3%). Sikap remaja tentang gizi, sebagian besar setuju yaitu sebanyak 50 orang (64,9%) dan sikap Tidak Setuju 27 orang (35,1%). Adapun tindakan Remaja tentang gizi, kategori baik 58 orang (75,3%) dan kategori kurang 19 orang (24,7%).
