The umbilical cord is a vascular channel that connected from the embryo or fetus to the placenta. Insertion in the central umbilical cord is a nursing care that aims to treat the umbilical cord in newborns to keep them dry and prevent of any infection. The purpose of this study is to obtain an overview with the implementation of nursing care in the newborns to cure umbilical cord using sterile gauze in the patient room of Dr. Sobirin Hospital of Musi Rawas Regency in 2018. This research method used case study design using nursing care approaches namely assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management for the healing of umbilical cord wounds performed on both subjects is by using cord treatment that using sterile gauze, there is no infection in the umbilical cord area. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar trigliserida pada penderita Diabetes Melitus tipe 2 di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif, sampel yang diperiksa sebanyak 56 sampel dan dilakukan pemeriksaan di laboratorium Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan Distribusi frekuensi jumlah pasien dengan kadar trigliserida yang tidak normal sebanyak 36 orang (64%), dan kadar trigliserida yang normal sebanyak 20 orang (36%). Distribusi frekuensi kadar trigliserida pada penderita DM dari 3 orang kelompok dewasa yang tidak normal sebanyak 2 orang (40%) dan yang normal 3 orang (60%),sedangkan dari 51 orang kelompok tua yang tidak normal sebanyak 35 orang (69%) dan yang normal sebanyak 16 orang (31%). Distribusi frekuensi kadar trigliserida pada penderita DM dari 39 orang kelompok jenis kelamin perempuan yang tidak normal sebanyak 27 orang (69%) dan yang normal sebanyak 12 orang (31%),sedangkan dari 17 orang kelompok laki-laki yang tidak normal sebanyak 10 orang (59%) dan yang normal sebanyak 7 orang (41%). Distribusi frekuensi kadar trigliserida pada penderita DM dari 10 orang kelompok IMT normal yang kadar trigliserida tidak normal sebanyak 4 orang (40%) dan yang normal sebanyak 6 orang (60 %), dari 17 orang kelompok IMT overweight yang tidak normal sebanyak 12 orang (70%) dan yang normal sebanyak 5 orang (30%), sedangkan dari 29 orang kelompok IMT obesitas yang tidak normal sebanyak 22 orang (76%) dan yang normal sebanyak 7 orang (24%).Disarankan bagi masyarakat penderita DM untuk melakukan pemeriksaan dan olahraga secara rutin, diet dengan benar,serta mengurangi konsumsi gula secara berlebihan. Tujuan: Penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kue semprit dengan penambahan hati ayam dan tepung kacang kedelai terhadap kadar Hb pada remaja putri anemia di SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Februari sampai Mei 2023. Hasil: Diketahui responden sebagian besar berusia 15 tahun (56,7%) pada kelompok perlakuan dan berusia 15 tahun (46,7%) pada kelompok pembanding. Rata-rata peningkatan hemoglobin adalah 3,503 g/dl pada kelompok perlakuan dan 0,004 g/dl pada kelompok pembanding. Hasil uji statistik t-dependent pada kelompok perlakuan didapatkan nilai p-value <0,05 (0,000) dan pada kelompok pembanding didapatkan nilai p-value >0,005 (0,000). Uji t-independent didapatkan nilai p-value <0,05 (0,000). Kesimpulan: Disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian Kue Semprit dengan Penambahan Hati Ayam dan Tepung Kacang Kedelai terhadap peningkatan kadar heoglobin remaja putri anemia di SMA Negeri 19 Palembang. School children are a group that easily receives nutrition education through their schools.This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the use of booklet media on respondents' balanced nutrition knowledge. The study design was a quantitative Quasy-experimental one group Pre-test post-test. The research sample with a total sampling technique is all children of grade V 23 Lahat state primary school. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. Post-test it was found that the results of the lack of knowledge were0 students (0%), Quite as many as 18 students (36%) and good as many as 32 (64%). Research shows that there is an increase in student knowledge after counseling using the media booklet. Analysis using the T-test showed significant results between the results of the t-test of 0,000 <0.05 t-table. The results showed a significant increase in the Balanced Nutrition Knowledge after being counseled with the Booklet media.There were a significant difference in the level of balanced nutrition knowledge before and after counseling using the media booklet. The Sampling is total Sampling. This research was conducted at SMA N 5 Manggul village, Kab. Lahat from July to December 2021.Results:There is an increase in knowledge and attitudes, there is an increase of good knowledge values after giving the intervention to 56%,and the value of good attitude at60%. Participants showed negative psychological, and healthy diet at moderate limits. Hierarchical regression analysis shows that a healthy diet has a positive psychological effect. The results of the study found that adolescent psychology in this study was below the threshold recommended by the World Health Organization as an indication of possible depressive symptoms, measures to reduce wrong dietary behavior in adolescents a priority for the community and policy makers.
