Selain itu, formalin pada makanan dapat menyebabkan gangguan sistem saraf pusat, diare, kejang, mual, sulit bernafas, sakit kepala, tenggorokan sakit dan kelelahan. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh perendaman tahu berdasarkan variasi konsentrasi larutan garam dan lama waktu perendaman. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini bersifat pra eksperimental dengan rancangan post test only control group. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Korelasi Regresi dan T Dependen. Hasil Penelitian : Rata-rata penurunan kadar formalin setelah direndam dengan variasi konsentrasi larutan garam dan perendaman berdasarkan waktu yaitu sebesar 16% Hasil uji statistik Korelasi Regresi yang dilakukan didapatkan p value sebesar 0,001dan hasil uji statistik T Dependen didapatkan p value sebesar 0,002. Simpulan : Adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara kadar formalin pada tahu sebelum direndam dan setelah direndam berdasarkan variasi konsentrasi larutan air garam. Saran : Dengan demikian masyarakat yang akan mengkonsumsi tahu agar dapat merendam dengan air garam terelebih dahulu dan mencuci kembali dengan air bersih agar tahu lebih aman dari bahaya formalin. Jika kegiatan menyusui berlangsung terlalu lama (lebih dari setengah jam) atau terlalu pendek (kurang dari 4 menit), hal ini menunjukkan kemungkinan adanya masalah pada perlekatan antara bayi dan puting susu ibu. Frekuensi menyusu pada bayi akan sangat mempengaruhi fisik dan emosional bayi yang mana dengan frekuensi dan durasi menyusu akan meningkatkan kondisi yang tenang kepada bayi dan berat badan bayi akan bertambah. Upaya untuk menawarkan meningkatkan kondisi yang tenang dan berat badan bayi salah satunya yaitu pijat bayi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap durasi menyusu pada bayi. Rancangan pada penelitian yaitu Quasi-Experiment dengan desain Non Equivalent Control Group. Pengambilan sampel ini dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel 30 responden yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Besar sampel pada kelompok intervensi sebanyak 15 orang dan kelompok kontrol sebanyak 15 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis univariat sebelum dilakukan pijat dan tidak dilakukan pijat bayi sebagian besar durasi menyusu pendek berjumlah 23 responden (70%), setelah diberikan perlakuan pijat bayi dan tidak dilakukan pijat bayi sebagian besar bayi mengalami durasi menyusu yang panjang yaitu berberjumlah 16 responden (53.3%) dapat diketahui sebagian bayi menyusu setelah dilakukan pijat berjumlah 15 responden (50%) yaitu 14 responden (46.7%) menyusu panjang. Dan sebagian bayi menyusu setelah tidak dilakukan pijat 2 responden (6.7%) menyusu yang panjang. Dari hasil analisis uji bivariat menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test, didapatkan nilai yang signifikan yaitu (p value: 0.000), sehingga p<0.005, dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap durasi menyusu pada bayi. Sweet Potato (Ipomea Batatas L.) is a type of tubers of energy sources for the body, and while soybean tempeh is a source of protein that is easily digestible by the body. Then the food can be used as modification of feeding additional food in children. Methods: Quasi experimental research aims to determine effect of PMT yellow sweet potato and soybean tempeh biscuits on children’s weight change at elementary school number 7 Tanjung Raja. This research conducted for 30 days. Research sample are 70 wasting students. The data was collected using microtoice, digital scales, and recall form 1x24 hours. This data was analyzed using univariat and bivariate analysis. Results: The results refered that the majority of respondents were famale (58%), in age range 7-12 years. From the statistical test result, the avarange of weight treatment group was 23,60 kg to 23,98 kg with p value = 0,00, while the comparison group was 23,73 kg to 23,88 with p value = 0,000. The deviation weigh change in treatment group was 0,38 kg, while the comparison group was 0,14 kg.
