Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) pada tahun 2010, penyakit degeneratif merupakan penyebab utama kematian secara global. Salah satu pemicu timbulnya penyakit degeneratif adalah keberadaan radikal bebas yang berlebihan dalam tubuh. Pada dasarnya sel-sel tubuh makhluk hidup mempunyai mekanisme pertahanan untuk mencegah produksi radikal bebas ini, yaitu berupa antioksidan. Salah satu aplikasi sumber alami yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sumber antioksidan adalah madu, karna madu diketahui mengandung vitamin C, asam organik, enzim, asam fenolat, flavonoid dan beta karoten yang bermanfaat sebagai antioksidan tinggi. Berdasarkan warnanya, madu dapat dibedakan menjadi beberapa jenis, diantaranya yaitu hitam, amber, dan putih. Hasil penelitian sebelumnya menunjukkan bahwa madu yang berbeda warna memiliki perbedaan aktivitas antioksidan pula. Sehingga perbedaan warna pada madu ini diduga mempengaruhi kadar antioksidan yang dikandung oleh tiap madu. Oleh karena itu, telah dilakukan penelitian dengan menguji perbedaan aktivitas antioksidan madu berdasarkan warnanya, yaitu madu hitam, madu amber dan madu putih. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Sampel diambil dari hutan pulau Sumbawa, provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat, Indonesia. Ketiga sampel diencerkan dengan beberapa variasi konsentrasi, lalu diukur absorbannya pada panjang gelombang maksimum. Kemudian, dibuat larutan uji CUPRAC sebagai reagen dan dibuat larutan vitamin C untuk membuat kurva kalibrasi. Selanjutnya dilakukan penentuan panjang gelombang maksimum larutan CUPRAC yang telah direaksikan dengan baku pembanding. Lalu dilakukan pengukuran absorban pada sampel dan pada baku pembanding. Kemudiandata absorban tersebut diolah menggunakan persamaan regresi linier dan rumus kapasitas antioksidan untuk mendapatkan nilai kapasitas antioksidan pada tiap sampel. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai kapasitas antioksidan madu hitam, amber dan putih berturut-turut adalah 11,73; 11,20 dan 2,43µg AAE/g sampel. Kesimpulan : Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa madu yang memiliki aktivitas antioksidan tertinggi adalah madu hitam, yang kedua adalah madu amber, dan yang terendah adalah madu putih. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari-Mei 2022. Populasi penelitian ini rumah yang didalamnya terdapat balita yang berusia 0-5 tahun di Kelurahan 32 Ilir Kota Palembang yang berjumlah 94. Sampel penelitian ini adalah setiap rumah yang didalamnya terdapat balita berusia 0-5 tahun dengan rincian jumlah sample 38 rumah balita yang menderita Pneumonia dan 56 rumah balita yang bukan penderita Pneumonia. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu secara Purposive Propotional Random Sampling. Hasil Penelitian: Dari hasil penelitian kejadian Pneumonia dari 94 responden (40%) balita menderita Pneumonia dan (60%) balita tidak menderita Pneumonia. Kepadatan Hunian memenuhi syarat yaitu (40,4%) dan tidak memenuhi syarat yaitu (59,6%) Pencahayaan memenuhi syarat (37,2) dan tidak memenuhi syarat yaitu (62,8%) Kelembaban memenuhi syarat yaitu (38,2%) dan tidak memenuhi syarat (61,8) Suhu memenuhi syarat yaitu (35,1%) dan tidak memenuhi syarat yaitu (64,9%) Ventilasi dan Laju Ventilasi memenuhi syarat yaitu (38,2%) dan tidak memenuhi syarat yaitu (60,7%). Gastroenteritis will cause abdominal pain that will be very detrimental to the patient's well-being. In the management of pain in children it is more advisable to use non-pharmacological techniques to avoids drug dependence and effective for a long term. Slow Stroke Back Massage therapy is a complementary technique that is safe and easy to reduce pain causing a relaxing effect so the perception of pain can decrease. Methods: This study uses a descriptive design with a case studies form through the nursing process approach. The subject consisted of 2 pediatric patients who had gastroenteritis, patient 1 aged 7 years and patient 2 aged 3 years with the same problem, acute pain. This case study was conducted at the Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang in 2023. The data collection technique used by observation, interviews, and filling the instruments for 3 days in the treatment room. Results: The implementation of Slow Stroke Back Massage Therapy to the both patients showed significant results. This was shown by the two patients where the pain intensity continued to decrease. In patient 1, it was a decrease to the mild pain and in patient 2 to no pain. Conclusion: The results of the implementation of slow stroke back massage therapy in both patients showed a decrease in pain levels so it was concluded that acute pain was resolved. Metode : Penelitian ini adalah penelitian non eksperimental dengan pendekatan survey analitik serta menggunakan desain penelitian crossectional, penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Palembang yang dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai Mei 2019. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 84 responden berpendapat keberatan menggunakan jarum suntik insulin pen sekali pakai, sebanyak 78 responden merasa terbebani dengan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan untuk membeli jarum suntik insulin pen, sebanyak 56 responden berpendapat bahwa harga jarum suntik insulin pen itu mahal, sebanyak 81 responden berpendapat bahwa biaya untuk membeli jarum insulin pen secara terus menerus itu besar dan sebanyak 91 responden tidak pernah mendapat informasi mengenai penggunaan jarum insulin pen yang hanya boleh sekali.
