This infectious disease is caused by the bacteria mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is a major factor in pulmonary tuberculosis. Nutritional deficits in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis will cause nursing problems that can lead to malnutrition by reducing appetite and increasing catabolism. This case study aims to describe the implementation of nursing in pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficits. There are at least two subjects of the case study with the same nursing problem, namely the nutritional deficit problem. The design of this case study is descriptive analytic in the form of a case study to explore the problem of nursing implementation of pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficits at the Palembang Bari Hospital in 2021. In this case study, there are two types of data analysis used, namely subjective data and objective data. The results of the case study show that the implementation of nursing for pulmonary tuberculosis patients with nutritional deficits is to assess nutritional status, perform oral hygiene and provide dietary education to patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Of the three implementations that have been carried out can overcome the problem of nutritional deficits in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and most of them are in accordance with the action plan that has been implemented. Dari 5 penelitian tersebut dengan jumlah sampel 4806 anak, sebanyak 1227 anak ( 25,5%), yang paling banyak dimiliki oleh anak pra sekolah adalah kebiasaan menggigit kuku/bibir/benda lain. Penyebab dari bad habit banyak faktor antara lain stress yang berlebihan, sekedar meniru sehingga menjadi kebiasaan, bosan, lelah, frustasi, tidak senang, tidak aman, atau ketika tertidur lelap, dapat juga terjadi pada anak dengan masalah perkembangan, kesulitan emosional, atau gangguan fisik. Harapan orang tua yang tinggi sehingga berakibat pada kecemasan yang akhirnya melampiaskan pada kebiasan buruk tersebut. Dampak yang muncul/ terjadi akibat dari bad habit adalah maloklusi , gangguan berbicara, perubahan postur wajah, nyeri rahang, gigi abrasi, gigi atrisi, karies gigi, perubahan postur wajah dan gangguan terhadap interaksi sosial mereka terhadap orang lain. Kesimpulan : Semua bad habits memiliki hubungan yang mendukung untuk terjadinya karies, apabila kebiasaan tersebut tidak dicegah dan dihentikan. The of aromatherapy is able in increasing relaxation, lowering stress, and reducing pain. The purpose of this study was to describe aromatherapy (observational, therapeutic, educational, and collaborative0 in Post Sectio caesarea patient with acute pain, analyze the results of the implementation of aromatherapy in Post Sectio caesarea patient with acute pain. Methods: This research design uses a descriptive methode in the form of a case study with a nursing process approach consisting of assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation. This case study focuses on the implementation of aromatherapy nursing and providing health education about aromatherapy. The subjects studied were 2 patients with the same nursing cases and problems, namely postoperative Sectio caesarea patients with acute pain at Muhammadiyah Hospital in Palembang. This research was conducted on March 7, to March, 9 2022 and March, 12 to March, 14 2022. Results: The results show that aromatherapy has an effective effecr on treating acute pain in patiens, so that the pain experienced by patients reduces the impact of independent activities and can increase patients knowladge about aromtherapy of Post Sectio caesarea. Conclusion: It is hoped that the implementation of aromatherapy in postoperative Sectio caesarea with acute pain can be implemented and can be further developed and become a lesson for further research. Tujuan penelitian : Mengetahui gambaran kunjungan pasien yang mengalami persistensi gigi di Poliklinik Gigi Puskesmas Padang Selasa Kota Palembang Tahun 2019 dengan populasi sebanyak 1271 orang dan sampel 497 orang. Metode penelitian : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriftif dengan menggunakan data sekunder (rekam medik). Hasil penelitian : ini menunjukkan pasien yang mengalami persistensi paling banyak berjenis kelamin perempuan 315 (63,3%), dan 182 (36,4%) berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Berdasarkan rahang 175 (35,2%) rahang atas dengan rincian pencabutan pada gigi insisif sentral sebanyak 75(15%), insisif lateral 35(7%), Kaninus 40(8%), Molar Pertama 10(2%), dan Molar Kedua 15(3%). Pencabutan gigi persistensi pada rahang bawah terjadi sebanyak 324 (65,2%). Dengan rincian pencabutan pada gigi insisif sentral sebanyak 158(32%), insisif lateral 80(16%), Kanius 21(4,2%), Molar Pertama 31(6,2%), dan Molar Kedua 34(7%). Kesimpulan : Dengan ini perlu dilakukan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat, agar masyarakat wilayah padang selasa mengerti tentang kesehatan gigi dan mulut sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya persistensi. Salah satu gejala klinis rheumatoid arthritis adalah nyeri sendi, nyeri sendi ditandai dengan adanya pembengkakan pada sendi, adanya kemerahan, terasa panas, nyeri akan mengakibatkan terjadinya gangguan pada sistem gerak. Pada kondisi ini lansia sering terganggu, jika lebih banyak sendi yang terserang. Senam ergonomis adalah salah satu upaya untuk mengurangi nyeri sendi dengan terapi nonfarmakologi. Tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran penerapan senam ergonomis terhadap perubahan nyeri pada pasien dengan rheumatoid arthtritis. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur review berdasarkan referensi yang relevan dari jurnal yang terkait. Sumber datanya berdasarkan artikel terupdate yang dibatasi penerbitan jurnal dari tahun 2015-2019. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan 5 artikel penelitian yang telah direview penerapan senam ergonomis terhadap perubahan nyeri pada lansia dengan rheumatoid arthritis. Kesimpulan penelitian ini terdapat 5 artikel yang memiliki relevansi dengan implementasi rheumatoid arthritis untuk menurunkan nyeri. Pijat Oksitosin disebut juga dengan rolling massage merupakan salah satu terapi relaksasi yang bertujuan menstimulasi saraf pusat pada hipofisisposterior dan anterior sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksi ASI khusunya pada ibu post partum dan memberikan kenyamana setelah persalinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan terhadap produksi ASI pada ibu post partum setelah dilakukan teknik pijat oksitoksin di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr.Sobirin Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan desain study kasus dengan menggunakan pendekatan Asuhan Keperawatan yaitu pengkajian, diagnosa keperawatan, intervensi, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penatalaksanaan untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI yang dilakukan pada kedua subjek adalah intervensi melakukan penerapan pijat oksitosin. Intervensi pendukung yang dilakukan adalah kaji pengetahuan pasien tentang menyusui, anjurkan pasien untuk menyusui bayinya secara teratur dan sering,anjurkan klien tidak memakai pakaian dalam yang terlalu kencang, evaluasi setelah dilakukan pijat oksitosin hasil penelitian ini didapatkan terjadi peningkatan jumlah ASI pada ibu post partum. Diharapakan hasil penelitian ini mampu memberikan informasi kepada tenaga kesehatan dan perawat mampu menerapkan teknik pijat oksitosin di Rumah Sakit serta dapat digunakan sebagai referensi ubtuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bagi mahasiswa. Kata Kunci : Pijat Oksitosin, Post Partum, ASI Massage Oxytocin is also called rolling massage is one of the relaxation therapy that aims to stimulate the central nervous system on the pituitary and anterior so as to increase milk production especially in post partum mother and provide comfort and relaxation after labor. This study aims to determine the increase of breast milk production in post partum mother after the technique of oxytocin massage at the Regional General Hospital Dr.Sobirin Musi Rawas District. This research method used case study design using Nursing Care approach that was assessment, nursing diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation. Management to improve the production of breast milk in both subjects is the intervention of applying the oxytocin massage. Support intervention is to examine the patient's knowledge about breastfeeding, encourage the patient to breastfeed her baby regularly and often, encourage the client not to wear a bra that is too tight, evaluation after the oxytocin massage results of this study found an increase in the number of ASI on post partum mothers, and it is hoped that the results of this study can be used as a basis for research development. Especially in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers.
