Title A name given to the resource Pengaruh Pemberian Smojoy terhadap kadar kolesterol total Pada Penyakit Jantung Koroner Di RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang Description An account of the resource Latar Belakang: Penyakit jantung koroner merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh penumpukan plak di dalam lapisan arteri koroner, sehingga menyumbat aliran darah yang mengakibatkan berkurangnya suplai oksigen ke otot jantung. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian smothies jambu biji merah, oatmeal, yogurt terhadap kadar kolesterol total pada pasien jantung koroner di RSUDSiti Fatimah Palembang. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperiment. Analisa data ini menggunakan paired sample t-test (uji t- dependen) dan independent sampel t-test (uji t-independen). Hasil : Hasil uji statistik (Uji t-independen) perbedaan selisih rata - rata kadar kolesterol total dengan p-value 0,000 (< 0,05) dengan selisih rata-rata penurunan kolesterol pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 5,667 mg/dl menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian smothies jambu biji merah, oatmeal, yogurt terhadap kadar kolesterol pasien jantung koroner. Kesimpulan :Smothies jambu biji merah, oatmeal, yogurt terhadap kadar dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total pada pasien jantung koroner di RSUD Siti Fatimah Palembang.
